My husband and I just got married and moved to FL. We received two of the same comforters from our registry and weren’t sure how to go about exchanging or returning a registry item. We walked in and the told the people at the desk and they said they’d call their manager over and we could shop for what we might want to exchange It for. Back at the desk the manger asked for our registry number and we could not get into our account - he found a way to look us up in their system and found It for us as well as helped us use our full exchange amount and take the spare few dollars! Super nice service & well run!

They always have plenty of helpful staff. Usually I am in and out. The only time I ever had a issue was when the website didn't inform them of my order, but it told me my order was ready. They apologized and got it as fast as they could.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a somewhat upscale home furnishings store with finer products, some of which can be a bit pricey but are usually a better quality. I have purchased many things there over the years and I have never had a complaint. If you have never tried them, stop by. Give them a look. You might be impressed. I definitely recommend them.

I just had the worst experience at this location than any Bed Bath and Beyond. I processed a return for an online purchase by BB and B guidelines. It was for a hair dryer that I purchased online. I tried it out, and it wasn’t what I expected. I packed it up processed the return and brought it to the store as that was one of my options. First of all, the woman at the register, and I wish I had taken her name, stood there looking at a piece of paper for in an exaggerated amount of time with nobody else in the store and no customers, other than myself. Finally, she asked if she could help me I gave her the hairdryer and the return receipt which clearly states the reason I’m returning but she asked me if I used it and I said I opened it, tried to packed it up and I’d like to return it. She she said “so you used it!”Then she processed the return (because really she had no choice, it was a legit return) and said put your credit card in there. I bought it over three weeks ago so I don’t remember what card I used. She then told me well if you don’t know the card you used, we can’t return it. No offer for store credit or a gift card. So I did the only thing I could do, I said we’re gonna try every card I have until one works. Ironically, the first card I used worked. I wrote this review for two reasons, one I’ve never had such a bad experience at any store returning something and I’m not the type of customer who would use something and return it. This woman was clearly having a bad day or decided that I wasn’t being honest with her. Either way that was horrible customer service.

I have always loved this store. My last visit disappointed me. There are empty spaces on the shelves and what looks like junk collected from somebody's basement to fill the void in some areas. I had to go on line to complete my order. This was always a well stocked store.i. I hope it improves soon. I don't want to lose this store.

I shop at this store often. My husband and I did our wedding registry through this location almost two years ago and have always had great service. Today I went in to exchange a few items I bought online that all arrived broken. The manager apologized (even though it wasn’t the fault of his store) and took the time to go around and get all the items for me that I needed to exchange. THIS is genuine customer service.
