I have not been to Kohl's since the pandemic.I accidentally ran into Kristina, the manager. She was gracious answering my questions. Julian checked me out. Very nice and helpful.

I always have a positive experience at this Kohl's. Today, however, a cashier by the name of Carla (Karla?) was extremely rude to me. I was shopping with my young children and apparently I was standing on the wrong side of the checkout line. THERE WAS NO LINE. I was the only one there with my kids. Carla said out loud "The line starts there. Look up. Look at the Checkout sign" in a very rude manner and very loudly. I said, "oh I didn't see the sign" and she said "UH HUH!".. I said "there is no line by the way." Her demeanor was extremely rude and condescending. I was with my young children, otherwise I would have had a few words with her. Kohl's needs to train this employee for better customer service. Not like I cut the line or did something improper. Her attitude was uncalled for.

Amazon returns helping this store. Appreciate the $5 Kohl's cash. Store employees are very nice but the sales racks are still a little bit high.

Went to return a Amazon package. Had a severely handicapped elderly person with me. It was really hard to push her around in a wheelchair given that I have my own disabilities. It would be so nice if they had at least two electric driving carts/buggys for people like us. Maybe we would visit the store more often. I struggled going from the front to the back of the store for the return and coming back to the front. Also, they need to hire more sales associates especially now leading up to the holidays.
