Im just here for the tools. In my comparison i found that Sears craftsman beats that other store, "blowes" in both quality and price.

The biggest problem with this store is the lack of stock on hand. There is so much space that could be put to good use.

I have had a couple of problems with a couple of products, and the people at this store have bent over backwards to accommodate me.

The reality is not too many tools are made in the usa anymore, and ive priced tools that still are. I think ill stick with Sears till the end, at least for hand tools.

I had a Christmas gift that was unwanted and I went beginning of March to exchange item (which is unopened and unused) they told me no exchange or refund after 45 days. I even escalated my request to the manager who quickly refused to make an exception. I dont plan on shopping at Sears again after this horrible experience. Does anyone wanna buy this wood engraver that I dont need? I paid $25 I wanna sell it for $20 Thanks for nothing Sears!

I do not normally write reviews, but I must warn other consumers about sears and their products. Buyer beware. I bought a Kenmore elite fridge/freezer and my experience has been very disappointing. This was not a cheap product and I even bought the warranty. We have had so many issues within the first year of buying it.

A part broke on the fridge and we called sears for our fridge to be fixed under warranty and the costumer service was not good. It seemed like the reps were really trying to help me but no one knew what was going on, I kept getting sent over to different departments and put on hold for long periods of time.

I finally got someone to send out a tech to fix the fridge and the man ordered a part to be sent to us to be fixed… The part took weeks to arrive, and then when it did arrive it was broken. Finally Sears sent me a whole new fridge, but this was after six months of back and forth with their reps. I bought a small fridge to get us through this time.

When this new fridge arrived it worked for a few months but now it has broken several times and with the warranty I still pay $75 every time I have someone out to fix it.

At this point I have given up on the Kenmore elite and am looking for a different brand… after paying lots of money for a lemon of a fridge and lots wasted time with Sears.

Look elsewhere for appliances.

I would like to resolve this issue with Sears but it is near impossible to find an email to contact about this. Also the customer service line is almost impossible to get a person and I’m unable to resolve this with a robot. And nice the owner responded but there’s no contact info anywhere.

Sears is a classic and they always have great sales going on. I found some lovely things for my toddler and I. I cant wait to go back

The store must be suffering or going out of business. Alot of shelves and racks were empty. Pretty good pricing but just totally dead. I saw 1 employee that's it.

The prices are markdown quite a bit. Every department has shrunken down in size and quantity. Jewelry department has only 2-3 cases of jewelry on display...the rest are empty. The look and feel is very much like a going out of business sale. Some good bargains.

DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES AT THIS STORE… (Sears Palm Beach Gardens Mall) or ANY SEARS!!! They are FRAUDS!!! Customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST and the Manager Todd Sullivan at appliances is USELESS…
We bought a $2,400 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator and all new appliances for our kitchen last year at this store. The Refrigerator had a defective water inlet valve part and now we learned that part is discontinued and part cannot be found anywhere on internet. Manufacture warranty just ended, refrigerator cannot be repaired and they will not replace our Refrigerator. We were told regardless if we were still covered under warranty that they would NOT replace Refrigerator. Warranty is only for repairs and if part is discontinued your basically OUT OF LUCK! THIS STORE IS STILL SELLING THIS REFRIGERATOR ON THE FLOOR AND ONLINE KNOWING that part is DISCONTINUED!!! So be AWARE that this is straight out FRAUD!!! They should not be selling a product at regular price when parts are no longer available and non existent. Kenmore is part of Sears so you cannot get any answers from Kenmore directly… You will be redirected to Sears customer service which is a nightmare to deal with. They gave us the run around for 2 months!…they sent us wrong parts and then assured us we would have the right part just to find out the part has been discontinued and they NEVER notified us. We had to call to see what was going on. A complete waste of time and money!! And to top it off, we get an arrogant response from this store manager Todd Sullivan. This place will be going out of business sooner than later and that’s why you will not get customer service! No one cares cause they know they will most likely be closing down very soon!!!… And that goes for Kenmore as well…. So I stress once more… NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS OR ANY KENMORE APPLIANCES!!!

This Sears store is very nice at a very nice mall. This is where the wealthy lives and shops! The Mall is very nice and this is a two level Sears! Very awesome store!
