This Dillard's location has seen a dramatic increase in new merchandise in the past two years. I love all of the different lines that have been added. You can find anything you are looking for without having to drive to Pensacola. Great selection and friendly employees are what make this a huge asset to our beach community!

I wish I could remember the nice lady name that worked in the men's dept. She was AWESOME!!!!! They have the best selection than any other dillards I have been to.

My go to if looking for something specific. They have tons of clothes, shows, purses.Home Decor is nice. Big selection of bedding. I wish it was in a newer facility. It smells of mold sometimes. Employees are always helpful! Dillards always has good sells at the end of season.

Looked all overr the panhandle from chipley to panama city and west lookinv for the righr formal dress for a wedding found at Dillards Santa Rosa Mall Maria at Dillards found the perfect dress and size for my wife just the right color and size NO ALTERATONS NEED AND WAS ON SALE AT A GRRR8 PRICE THANK YOU MARIA AND DILLARDS

Although the store is closing in this particular area, it's well kept and easy on the eyes. I went in looking for a particular item and was able to actually find it along with a few other items. Customer service was great!
