Not too bad, good service. Got the last umbrella canopy at a really good price.

I’ve visited this store 3 times and had the same experience. I ask an associate for the key to locked merchandise and they are never accommodating. It seems as if no one speaks English fluently enough to understand what I’m asking for and when I eventually find someone that does (after having to walk the entire store in search of associate that can assist me) that associate would finally tell me that they don’t have access to locked merchandise and believes that the person that does have access, is gone for the day. This has happened 3 times already.

This evening, a hour before guest service is scheduled to close, I had asked an associate for access to a locked product. She declined to help me. Literally. And walked off. I went searching for the next available associate who then directed me to guest services. I walked up to guest services and counted 8 associates seemingly available. I walked up to the associate with a radio, assuming that the associate with a radio would most likely have or can get access to a key. She literally told me that guest services was closed and that the locked merchandise was closed as well. I was livid. It was pretty apparent that these associates were not interested in being helpful more than they were interested in clocking out or changing shifts. I also couldn’t help but wonder if my race made them less likely to assist me. This is a predominantly Hispanic community and store. I came here because the store in the predominantly African American community (15 minutes away from this store) is always understaffed and poorly maintained. Both stores are about the same size. I can never understand the differences outside of it appearing to be a result of bias.

I intend on coming back to this store to document my experience and to bring an additional witness or two. This is entirely unacceptable.

In general this is a nice store. Except some of the merchandise is locked up inside glass cases and no one has the keys to open the cases. Other customers were looking for help as well. I could not buy shaving products because no one could open case.

I still wonder why customers are not able to bring back their shopping carts instead just leaving them at the parking. But it s a huge Walmart and if you want to learn spanish, it’s your place to go.

EUROPEAN SERVICE QUALITY !!!
THIS is literally the FIRST and ONLY location in MIAMI where I had a feeling that I'm shopping in another country !!!
The cleanest and well organized Walmart I ever seen in 12 years living in USA. You could tell they just receiver a batch of products but despite this literally all the palettes with products were perfectly stacked in a way that still made the store look good... Was kinda hard to park between the shopping carts that are everywhere in the parking lot but overall I had an excellent shopping experience and I will make sure I come back everytime I need something from Walmart !!! This is my FAVORITE Walmart location now even if I live in the opposite side of the town.

Review directed especially to the location on:

If I could give zero stars I would. When did it stop being policy to speak English by ALL the employees that deal with customers? Not even the managers understand or speak English. I feel like I walked into a foreign country! I don’t mind Spanish as my wife is Cuban but I should be able to speak to a manger about overnight parking as a trucker without having to pull out Google translate to get my point across. I will be calling corporate about this!

Leaving a 1 because 0 is not allowed… Worst experience ever. Pickup SUCKS, employees treat people like crap… I really hope they go broke so they realize customers are important

Lots of products, but the lines to pay are too long, especially since they take away cashiers and try to make it automated. I either spend as much or more time in line to pay than actually shopping
