This place is a joke! They sold me two different dishwashers and the two times I came to pick it up it was not available after I was told they had it on stock! I had to pay twice a handyman to go to my house to do the installation because I promised him I will hace the dishwasher. I didn’t even got an apology from them! Worst customer service ever! I’m not buying anything here anymore! They lie to you just to make a sell! What a low trick! Instead of just be honest and secure a date for pick up or whatever! What a waist of time and money.

They have updated this place since the last time I’ve been there. Clean nice customer service lots of things to choose from. I didn’t find what I was looking for.. it wasn’t the store it was a specific item I needed they just didn’t have the size. All in all I will recommend that anyone stop by and check out the vast selection that they have. Lots of room to feel comfortable not all mush up with people that you can’t pass. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Worst customer service ever. I always bought my appliances here spend thousands of dollars here. I always do the store pick up option but the lady at the counter is extremely rude. Beside making you wait at least 20 mins for her in the counter she them comes and ask for the info with a attitude. My last purchase was a microwave yesterday and I forgot my id at home. I Live really far from the store so I asked my wife to send me a picture of the ID . She said I didn't ask you for a picture I need the physical ID. Okay I understand that part but she said with a nasty attitude and told me that if I don't like it that I can cancel my order and get it somewhere else. Also there was this time that I bought a tv for my dad and he had the email and all he needed but my dad is a little old and don't know about technology so he asked the lady to read the email so she can see the order# she said that she don't get paid for that and gave my dad a hard time so I had to drive down to the store and it was the same lady that gave me the attitude. She an older light skin Cuban lady. That lady made me cancel another order i had for a speaker cause she needed the physical car that I used so i told her i bought it with Klarna witch is a financing app, I try showing her the online card but she won't look she just said I don't want to see that and ask me to moved out the line and call the next customer so I had to cancel and go to best buy where they didn't give no problem at all. I'm no longer buying here.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought 3 appliances this weekend at the scratch and dent sale. 2 items didn’t work when i was told they went through an inspection prior which was not true bc the dryer I bought after just plugging it in made a horrific sound. I call the store to see if I can a find a solution and I get hung up on saying that’s not there problem. And I can just return it or do nothing. This is how they do business. Talked to Jean M the manager was no help said “that’s what you get for buying a floor model” then proceeded to show us floor model to replace that are 200$ more then the one we originally bought

I bought all new appliances. A 75” Qled, a TV stand and 2 love seats here. I paid to have the appliances installed. The delivery guys for the appliances showed up and said the appliances wouldn’t fit in my kitchen and left the appliances in my living room which is why I am deleting a star. Horrible service! Those guys don’t deserve to have a job. I had to call a contractor to come and have them installed for 200$. The contractor was able to fit them into my kitchen. Not sure why the delivery guys didn’t do their job!
The TV installation team were excellent. They even showed me how to work the remote. Unfortunately one of the loveseats broke immediately after using the recliner function. I took it back and the manager was super nice and understanding and exchanged it for a regular non reclining sofa which is what I asked for. She was super nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I am overall happy with the quality and service provided accept the appliance delivery guys.

Not very many sales people to assist and out of the few that did want to work were of course already helping someone else. I called my son in law and was able to find what I was looking for with his help. He's tech savy. Thank God! The better experience was at the cashiers. Cashier was friendly and kind and had a nice smile. I love good geniune smiles so that helped me give the 3 stars.

I ordered a part that didn’t quite fit and wanted it replaced. They didn’t want to send me a return label, they said I can drop it off. I will drop it off, I canceled the order for the right parts with Brandsmart and will buy elsewhere. No time to complain, I’m just spending my money elsewhere.

If you want terrible customer service this is the place for you. The driver was set to come out and fix the doors on a $4,224.10 fridge that was purchased a few weeks before. He called when he was 15 mins out and we said we’ll be there in 30. He said he’ll call later and never did. I called customer service many times to make another appointment and I got hung up on 3x. Mind you we even got an extended warranty. SMH never purchased from brandsmart again.
