Costco Wholesale

This local Costco is one of my faves. Although one of the oldest stores in South Florida, many of the associates have been here since opening. They are constantly bringing in new products and the store is always clean and organized. My only complaint is that they have done away with the books section. The lines tend to move along fast even during the busiest part of the day or weekend. They also help you in the self-checkout section. The food court could be larger but it works. They recently added self-checkout POS systems in the food court and are working out the kinks with the customers.

It is the second time I come to put gas and they made me go around again just because I did not follow the supposed line people make for gas, but curiously sometimes I come but not exactly for gas and people had done de same of me but the guy don't say anything, what is going on?

I went to buy gas & informed to renew my membership. I went inside & was served by a fantastic Rep (forgot to get her name) who was very thorough. She made sure to confirm my address, at which point we realized I didn't get my Executive Member refund. She made the correction & assured me my refund will go to my current address. She was pleasant, jovial & a breath of fresh air. Good job 👌 Costco!!!

Whatever you do do not buy tires at Costco, they are trained to get out of honoring the manufacturers warranty!!
Was told by the actual manufacturer to take the car to tire kingdom, which I did and the warranty WAS honored.
Costco was just interested in selling me new tires at their sale price!!!
WHAT A SCAM, which of course the salesperson gets a commission.....

Staff are friendly and helpful. Disappointed with appointment prioritization. Should never take 2 hours for a rotation and balance. Appts should be first in and first out. My appt was half hour earlier than person who walked in an hour after me and got her tires done 29 min earlier than me

This Costco is okay,food merchandise is lacking,same stuff,wish they would bring a better assortment like in other Costco around the country even in other parts of FLORIDA. Service and staff are very good,though.

Store 181 Brandon and James in the tire center extremely professional and efficient. Great turn around and set the right expectation. Thank you gents

This is my go to Costco as it is the closest to my house. The staff is great and the line moves rather quick. My only gripe with this location is they tend to have less organic options than other Costcos I've visited.
