Ross Dress for Less

One of the better Ross stores in my opinion. Can always find shoes in my size for good price. Great bedding section and homewares.

I get, it’s busy before Mother’s Day , and being in customer service can get annoying , BUT whoever was on cash register #4, in a yellow shirt, with braids in her hair needs to do better. Instead of a “here you go have a nice day”, I received a “here” and before I even said thank you it was a “mhmm”. Go to lunch or something.

Much variety, quiet, calm environment, not to mention great prices. Even lower than Marshall's for same merchandise. Had plenty of cashiers and checkout was quick.

They don't have a lot of merchandise in this store. the employees make up for it with their friendliness, great big smiles and helpfulness people. I will return. Edited March 2022, well things certainly have changed and the racks are stocked to the gills. It's so crowded with merchandise that one person cannot walk down an aisle and another try to get by. Since I can't go any further into the aisles they have decided to go up and I wonder how many people can reach that high. That pertains mostly to clothing other items seem to be a little scarce especially luggage. However, that might be because it's the season to travel. I also notice in the kitchen Wares that the shell seem to be a little vacant. It's still a good place to shop but the merchandise is constantly changing so if you don't find something you like this week perhaps next week. Update 2022; the store has become really crowded with merchandise. Still have good prices. Still need more cashiers, today is Thursday and the line was long.

THE AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WORKING AS CASHIER IS RUDE TO YHE CUSTOMERS. BARKING ORDERS AT THE CUSTOMERS TO TAKE OFF THE HANGERS. LAST TIME I CHECKED THAT IS THE CASHIERS JOB.

The prices are amazing but I think they should hire more people to organize all the items because they are too disorganized

Didn’t have what I was looking for and it’s very unorganized!

The worst place ever! So dirty, chaotic insde!! All items scattered all over...the chocolates we bought looks very old when we opened the boxes! The cashiers keep talking none sense to each other... no wonder our receipts came out wrong with 3 items. Not worthy to go back to return and argue with those cashiers again!
