Ross Dress for Less

This store is very nice! The staff is very polite. You'll find what you expect to find

Used to be a good location when they first opened. Now it's always awfully crowded, short-staffed and under-managed.
100's of customers waiting over 45 min in line and the store manager is just chilling !!

While this is a popular destination for tourists due to the variety of clothes and accessories at cheap prices, it is also completely unorganized and lacking much needed staff. The line to checkout was well over an hour long and stretched from the front register, straight back and then did an L shape to the opposite side of the store. In any other situation, I would not have shopped at this location and would not have waited in line, however there was something that I specifically needed that they had. The line was so long that two women actually started getting into a fight. This is all pretty common for this location. Most of the staff here is obviously stressed and overwhelmed with being understaffed and so busy that they don't have much left in them for customer service. I'd recommend going to a different Ross location near another shopping stop on your vacation. There's one by Florida Mall and The Loop.

The craziest Ross I've ever stepped into. There are only 2 cashiers with a super long line, waited 45 minutes and see about 10 employees standing around and fixing garments away. The racks with clothes are all mixed around. I see what looks like a Manager or supervisor standing around with security while we waited for 45 minutes. .

At this Ross store by Vineland outlet, lady manager name Claudia was very rude to me stop me checking my bag and receipt, then she realize everything was ok with my purshase and then apologized. It was so embarrassing in front of all people at this store. I will never come here again.

Okay now I love Ross but they need more help at this location. There were only 2 registers open and the line was from the front door to the back door. The stores was a mess.

Has a LOT of merchandise, maybe too much because the store is over-crowded and cramped. The line is ridiculously long. There were not nearly enough cashiers and the one they had were SLOW. It took 30 minutes to check out!!! Probablybthe reason there was so much stray merchandise lying on the shelves at the checkout line.

This place isn’t so bad, I just wish there were more cashiers at the register though. Sometimes it’s only one or two at the register, other than that the prices are affordable and they do have some cute clothes, but they shouldn’t mix up sizes honestly. Some clothes are labeled with the wrong sizing which isn’t cool. 😞
