I have been trying to reach not just this particular target but several stores within my area it is disappointing that the phone rings until it disconnects. I have tried every single department and I attempted over 2 dozen times. Unfortunately the employees don’t care to hear the phone ringing and answer the customer who is calling. It can’t be that they’re understaffed because I have witnessed it when I’m at the store. As a customer, customer service is crucial in any store big or small and it’s not just the customers at the store but also the ones who are trying to reach assistance over the phone. This is not acceptable my experience in the last 48 hours calling five different stores has raised my blood pressure. I’m a big on providing excellent customer service. I could likely get in my car and drive over to the store and witness the employees ignoring the ringing phone. However, unfortunately due to a surgery I cannot drive, before I sent someone to purchase the item i needed was available as online it showed limited availability. I hope someone in your corporate office reads this and feels free to contact me because your employees need to be retrained when it comes to answering the phone and helping the customer who are calling. I would have given a five star review if my experience when calling your stores was different today i had terrible experience. I will add that I have even called when the store initially open, during the day and at closing and my experience has been the same. I have record of the number of attempts for each store.

Target is my go-to.
Baby essentials, outings, work related purchases, food.. I’ve only ever had one negative run in with a staff member. The staff is always on point. The store is always clean. Target is life.

I want to give a big thanks to the store Manager Jose Medina for his time today. He took 20 mins on the phone with me just to help a me out. Now in days that means a lot and it meant a lot to me and this is the reason I need to give him recognition. So thank you again and congrats Target in having such a great employee.

I had tu return an item and it was super essy to do and received a great customer service even though it was in the middle of last christmas day/season

Target is always clean and very organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to shop.

This store sucks. I am out formula for my baby and after weeks coming to the store looking for it the lady on the front Fatima would not sell me 4 cans. She said the limit for costumer was for so the other 4 cans that I need it I couldn’t buy it. I don’t have any more family members that can come to the store and do the transaction for me as she suggested. I explained to her all that and she said no. Its a ridicule policy. Basically If I had someone they would let me buy it. I mean, I am not even buy all the formula they had in store only four extra. I an not coming back to the store. They are just ridiculous. I even ask for the manager and she said no🤣

I handed the cashier a $5 off my order over $15 and she never applied it! At the end of the transaction I asked her to show me where the $5 off is and all she said was "oh sorry, I didn't put it in"?!?!

She then tells me that the only thing I can do is go wait in the very long customer service line and see if they can somehow give me the $5. I was not about to do that because it as always an absurdly long line to accomplish very little.

The customer behind me suggested that she void my sale and simply re-enter everything and then be sure to put in the $5 coupon that expires in a couple of days! She refused to do so and just told me to "come back again and use it next time when I spend more than $15 again, before it expires". NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

I ordered online and went to pick up. It was so fast. As soon as I put my parking space they were on their way with my package.
