Things in this branch are not will presented and really not organized , locked for some men clothes and shoes didn't seem a good price compared to the outlet beside not all sizes available

It is a terrible store because everything is a big mess with something always on something, also sometimes things like food come open and in bad Quality, and “Last” some of the staff are nice and rude another thing is that it’s always dirty.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Good prices for clothes, but the cashier's line was so long that we left our merchandise in store and quit

Today I would like to give just no stars, but one is for the guy at the entrance very polite and kind, and the other for the girls at the fitting room that are always very nice and with good attitude.
The reason of this review is because of the cashiers and the one that appears to look like the manager… I wanted to return some items, I was in the line that I’ve been used for years when I need to do so, and no one pay attention to me or ask me anything, when I approached to that lady, she was rude and sent me to the long regular line. This is the first time at any location or store that someone treat me like this.
I decided to just leave. I’ll rather give this clothes to someone else. And find a different store where to buy.
Customer service is very important. If you work with public you have to learn how to treat them properly.

I love Ross but this never have anything in why are they even open

You can find good things but the line is terrible. There are like 13 cashiers but there are working like just 2 of them. Also they ask for cash payment, who have cash these days ?

Manger Giselle is very rude and refused to assist me after I waited in the store and provided her with a valid complaint.

Not a bad shopping experience. I had to try on clothes over what I was wearing because the fitting rooms were not open. Besides that I got 3 dresses and a pair of shoes for $60. You can't beat that.
