I have been a professional car detailing expert for 36 years. I received a phone call from Loren representing Max Professional. He introduced me to a product that not only met my expectations but exceeded them. He was very easy to talk to, no pressure what so ever. I will continue to do business with this company. It is hard for me to believe the one star review. Apparently it was written by someone who is experiencing some type of personal issues.

Today I got a sales call from a man named James who yelled, "You have no idea what you are talking about!" and hung up. Very unprofessional. I will not be doing business with James or anyone else at a company that conducts business this way.

Stop calling! Rude jackass.
