Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

I want to start by saying if you are the most patient person in the world, you will do fine here. The food is always pretty great and consistent. However...I have been coming to this location for many, many years and I am always prepared to be disappointed with the service. Not only will you wait quite awhile for your order, you will not be greeted with a friendly smile or hello. Also, the ice cream / shake machine always goes out later in the day so if you decide you want a seriously amazing shake (probably my favorite oreo shake in town), call ahead to make sure they can get it done for you so that you do not arrive disappointed.

Service was fine, food awful. I ordered a turkey on wheat with chips and an iced tea. The tea is from a machine, not fresh brewed, and it was not good. I asked for turkey with lettuce, tomato, avocado, green pepper, red onion, black pepper and oil and vinegar. Spinach is not available any longer. The turkey was not good, the vegetables did not taste fresh and I didn't get any black pepper or oil or vinegar. Also, I guess Which Wich doesn't have the brown bags anymore or maybe it's just this location, but it's a novelty that is lost. This is the second time in 2 years I've visited this location and I won't be back.

Stick a fork in it, this place is done. I used to LOVE Which Wich, but this place is another casualty of the pandemic. They don't have the bags where you custom build the sandwich anymore. A lot of the ingredients are no longer available. Their house chips haven't been available for 4-5 months according to the employee. Our sandwiches were not toasted, just the few ingredients they had available on cold bread. Garbage. The last time we came here it was like this and we were dumb enough to try again. Will not be back.

When we cane in, almost all lights were out. The menu changed and so the lovely sandwich that I used to eat there years ago is gone! I ordered a BLT with avocado. The avocado was spoiled. I ended up throwing it to the trash! What a dissapointment!

They were out of too many ingredients!! Goodness, it's 7pm and they didn't have much of a selection. I will never visit them or any other Which Wich store again.

Sandwiches are amazing. My go to would be the Grinder or just create my own sandwich.

First time at the addison location and it was perfect . Came a second time with Virginia and it was a complete mess..

The ladies kindly stated that we can come at anytime
And pick up the same order on the house .

It was much appreciated. Will be returning

This location has gone down hill , we always have issues when placing are order on line with missing items , also they always say they do not have fries due to machine is not working, the new employees are not nice they just look at you and go back to looking at there phones
