Hudson House

Salmon is amazing! Chicken was great with their special sauce (didn’t catch the name but it was white) truffle fries are super good too, wish they were a bit thicker. My brother got the chicken & waffles and loved it (a bit too sweet for me). The workers & manager are very nice & ensure you have a pleasant experience. They gave a lovely slice of cake with a sparkler for my brothers birthday!

Happy hour martini, 8 different martinis (half price, 3-6pm) is amazing. Crab claws are little pricey but was very fresh, tasty and well presented. Shrimp cocktails are large shrimps and very fresh.
I wish I could give 6 stars.

We came here for the happy hour. Oysters were so fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Our server was happy to take all the pictures we asked for too! Definitely a great place for oysters when you're craving the fancy stuff.

Hudson House is very good. It missed the 5th star for me for two reasons. The new lunch menu was VERY limited. The lobster rolls I had gotten before were not on the menu. For a seafood place, more of the offerings should be actual seafood. That said, what they do offer and serve is of the highest quality. Dishes are tasty and visually pleasing. It’s worth visiting, but I might try to order “off menu” items next time to test their ability to adapt.

I need to give the Hudson 10 Stars!!! I’ve never had a good fish taco……EVER, until today!!! The fish taco was perfectly delicious!!! I would move to Texas just to eat here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. When I visit again, this is my spot. Everything we ate was perfect and so tasty. It’s classy and fine dining. Food this good should be celebrated!!! Keep up the good work!!!

We had an amazing brunch today! We all shared our food and it was so delicious! Let me see if I can remember! One of the girls ordered oysters, you pay market price per oyster! She couldn’t quit talking about them. Only one other girl would eat it and they were both raving about how good they were.

Another ordered French Toast and over cooked bacon, they made it specific to her request. It was perfectly made and just melted in your mouth.

Next, was a fish taco and it was really good, it’s actually wrapped like a burrito! She paired with fries and I’m going to be honest, the flavor was amazing, but the fries are cut so skinny, the get cold quickly and you have to shove a handful in your mouth to get the true flavors.

Next, was Eggs Benedict with Lobster tail I think. She loved it, it had the best presentation and I did not taste that one!

Last, was me and I ordered firecracker chicken and Mac and cheese! Both were soooooo good! The Mac and cheese was amazing! I wanted to get one togo!

Bonus review, they specialize in Martini’s so I grabbed a tequila martini with spice, no complaints! We ordered a Bellini and a strawberry spritzer, and a Shirley temple.

We will go back!

The vibe of Hudson’s totally feels like you’re on the east coast, which is a nice change of pace compared to the normal Dallas energy.

My favorite of the night was the seafood bouquet - the oysters were so fresh and tasty. The portions of all the entrees were really fair.

I definitely plan to visit again to explore other dishes! I’d recommend making a reservation before, especially on the weekends.

Had a great experience at the Hudson house.. Had reservations for 7:45pm on 12/8/22 a Thursday night, did have a brief wait when we arrived they were definitely busy! We were seated an the service was awesome!
Seafood was Amazing and the Oysters 🦪 were the best we’d had! I was hoping they lived up to the reviews an they didn’t disappoint! Absolutely wonderful! An darling when I say the bartender knows how to make a real Martini 🍸 fabulous! Will definitely come back!
