Stopped for the night and needed to get something to eat. This place is a 4 minute walk from the La Quinta and was open until 10 pm. I checked out the menu online and everything sounded so good, I felt like I was going to have to order 3 things just for myself! Once we got to the restaurant, I finally forced myself to pick one thing. I chose the Thai fried rice, no onions, with chicken, cashews, and pineapple. My boyfriend ordered the curry fried rice with chicken, no onions. Our order was made quickly and just as we wanted. The friendly cashier packed it up with utensils and sauce without us even asking- which is great if you have been driving all day and are brain dead. I probably would have forgotten utensils all together, I was so tired. We got back to the hotel and dug in. The portion was good for the price, filling up the box completely. The flavor of the food comes together beautifully. I haven't had these ingredients together in a dish of rice and was so excited and impressed with how it tasted. The cashews are subtle and add an interesting texture and flavor profile to the traditional fried rice, and the pineapple was a refreshing kick. I was so engrossed in my own meal, I didn't get a chance to try my boyfriends curry fried rice, but he said it was really good as well. Their Thai tea is very good, a little on the sweet side, but I loved it. I was tempted to wait until they open in the morning and get an order of one of the other items I was considering, too bad we had to get an early start! Will definitely try and pass by again on the way home!

Excellent yummy Thai food. My favorites are Tom yum soup with shrimp, Thai basil chicken, green curry salmon, pad won sen. Good portion size. The owner couple and staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

The Shrimp Pad Thai was delicious! I substituted the stir fried rice noodle for the big flat noodle and ordered some steam dumplings and I loved every bit of it!

I received great service too! A great in and out spot.

I’m telling you now, this place is absolutely amazing!! My food was not only volcano hot, the flavors were out of this world!!! Very fresh!! I’ve had a couple not so great experiences with Asian food in the area and this was so refreshing. I can’t wait to return!

I ordered the Pad Thai to go and it was the BEST Pad Thai I have experienced in my life!

Plenty of peanuts, sliced carrots as well as shredded carrots. But here’s the best part: plenty of mushrooms!!!

The tofu was cooked perfectly - a bit crispy, just like I prefer it. The cabbage was fresh and crispy.

The heat level was spot on too. I ordered it “extra spicy” and they really came through for me! They included two packets of cayenne pepper, but I didn’t need it.

I repeat: BEST.PAD.THAI.EVER!

Five solid stars!!

Since this place is really close to the hotel we are staying in, we decided to pick up food. I am so glad we tried it. The food is delicious. I ordered #2 spicy. The spice is just right. Not too spicy and loaded with flavor. The Pad Thai had a smoky flavor that made it so good. I have tried pad Thai different restaurants but never like this one. The yellow curry was so good too, rich and flavorful. If I ever come back and stay close, I will definitely order from here again.

It was my first time ordering Grubhub and I chose Thai Box. The food was great. The order was delivered in 20 min! I am so happy. I had the Pad thai that was sweet and it was nice and spicy. When you choose hot it will be spicy so beware. I also had the Tom Kha soup and the dumplings were straight out of the world. Thank you Thai Box and Brad for your delivery and it was still hot when it arrived at the door. Your next loyal customer.

Beautiful little restaurant! The Lo Mien was so tasty, as well as the coconut ice cream! Lovely jazz music, and a wide variety of dishes. ThaiBOX is probably my #1 comfort food restaurant in Dallas. 💜
