Great service, friendly staff! The food was great as well! The chili cheese fries are a highlight of the restaurant! Commitment to the customer was evident as they were open during an ice storm lasting two days!

This was my 1st time visiting this place..
Stopped in to grab a salad & I was met with awesome customer service. This establishment was very clean, service was prompt & my order was correct. I'll definitely to try other menu items. I will mention , their prices are slightly lower for sandwiches, burgers etc...You get generous portions @ lower cost.

Amazingly fresh burger, cooked perfectly to the temperature requested. Almost every time I order a burger to medium temperature at other places, they are over cooked. Not at Snuffers, they nailed it! Very quick service too, we had our food on the table within ten minutes of sitting down! The cheese fries were also excellent. Great lunch spot in Addison, Texas. I would not go anywhere else if a burger is on your mind.

Snuffer's never disappoints! It's one of my favorite go to spots. Stopped in a couple weeks ago with my brother and everything was wonderful. Their famous cheddar fries were delicious as always. I had been thinking about them in the weeks leading up to this visit. 😛😆 So much so, l dug in and neglected to take a photo of them. They are literal heaven on a plate. 🤤 The fresh ingredients used, the way they're prepared, the toppings, everything mingles beautifully with their rich, creamy ranch dressing. 😋👌
I got the bacon bleu cheese burger, cooked to perfection, and my brother got the chili cheese dog. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious and the service fast and friendly. If you haven't tried this place out yet, you absolutely must!

I went there for dinner and it was all so delicious, They have the BEST Cheese Fries I have ever tasted! Service was great and our meals cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was cool. I will go back.

The chili cheese fries here are really good! I had the fried jalapeño cheeseburger and it was amazing! My boyfriend got the hickory BBQ cheeseburger which he liked a lot. I also got a house margarita with a splash of strawberry lemonade, they made it really strong and the taste was okay. I would definitely come back for the fries and burgers!

We came here last Friday. We got a medium cheesy fry to share and I ordered the mushroom swiss burger that was cooked in garlic butter. My husband ordered their classic burger with cheddar and bacon. I probably would have liked the burger better if it wasn't cooked in the garlic butter, it was too strong of a flavor. The poppyseed buns weren't our favorite either. The service was amazing. They were very friendly and attentive.

This was the BEST restaurant experience I’ve had in ages. I needed a place close to our hotel that would be kid-friendly for my daughter. The two of us enjoyed a great atmosphere, a WONDERFUL server (I can’t remember his name but he was delightful and so accommodating), and delicious food. My kid doesn’t even like burgers but she ate almost every bite of one at Snuffers. I had the Fried Jalapeño Burger and fried pickles and it was hands down the greatest burger ever. We shared a delicious brownie á la mode and my Texas punch was superb. Can’t wait to eat here again on our next Dallas trip!
