I love everything about DJ’s Steakhouse! It’s all Black, upscale, and the food is so flavorful! Also, the music is low-key, very chill (all R&B), and not too loud.

The place was clean, well decorated, and the service was great.

I ordered crab stuffed shrimp, chicken wings, and the spicy chicken Alfredo (all of this was amazing - my favorite was the stuff shrimp). We also went during Happy Hour (4pm-6pm) so our drinks were $5.

I’d definitely recommend and plan on going back.

Perfect for a celebration or date night!

I went for brunch. I was greeted quickly, very friendly and the customer service from Jeff, the waiter, was excellent! I ordered the steak and eggs which came with potatoes and toast... it was ok. The eggs were fresh, potatoes were delicious but the steak was a little tough and not flavorful. I did sub the toast for french toast and that was very good.
The mimosas were strong and good. I would come back to try the happy hour vibe.

I've heard so much about this place. I was here visiting family from Florida. We went for Brunch. The food was really good. The atmosphere and waiter Jeff was amazing. The only thing, I really wanted was a cup of coffee. I've never been to any restaurant that didn't have coffee.
However, this will not keep me from not coming back.

First time going here and it definitely won’t be my last time. I enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and service was fast. Everyone’s plate of food was seasoned well and they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday.

We visited here March 19th. We had reservations for 8pm. We didn’t get seated until 9:25 pm. Highly upset. They did not offer any drinks, appetizers or anything for our inconvenience. Once we got seated food came pretty quick, everything was good but pork chops a bit under cooked. We got our check and noticed an automatic gratuity they charge up front per policy which was 85.00. Normally that would have been fine but the fact we had to wait an hour and a half is unacceptable. The manager on duty refused to accommodate us in any way and almost had an approach as if she is used to people trying to get out of paying. This was not the case here, we tip very well anytime we eat out her approach should be treated without bias in every situation. Very disappointed.

Came in on Sunday January 8 at noon for a reservation party of 35plus with advanced notice, from the nasty parking lot, Bent handicap space pole, old newspaper on ramp near outdoor patio tiles falling off building I was skeptical. We had the far left walk area middle table and surrounded booths. I went to ladies room the door was already opened I could smell it before I reached it. Sewage rotten smell was loud and toxic. The food was okay I got(2) DJ breakfast waiter older Hispanic guy brought two bowls of eggs ask for them back, then gave them back one plate had more eggs the other order had no eggs. He seemed overwhelmed and nervous because of so many people. I asked for coffee he said we ran out coffee cups, I asked for cranberry mimosas it was watered down and pink with very little cranberry juice, I asked for more cranberry juice he brought a shot glass full of water down cranberry pink not dark blush colored then charged me $3.99 for it. Bacon burnt and after all orders placed there were not enough steak’s restaurants ran out. I’m confused it has steakhouse in the name on the building. I was totally disappointed. Y’all must do better by the way this was my first and last visit. I came I saw and I did support a black owned business

I went with friends on a Sunday for brunch after 3pm. There wasn't an issue with parking, and we were seated immediately for our reservation. Much has been said about the 90 minute table limit. This isn't the first place to implement this policy, and it isn't the only one in the area. What I will say is you're told about the policy in advance: on the website, posted when you walk-in and again by the hostess so it shouldn't be a surprise if it is enforced.

The overall food was good. The salmon might be salty to some unless you have a heavy hand with the shaker like myself. One of the guests had the turkey wing, which they devoured. The hot water cornbread was tasty, although we had to wait until our meal was almost over to get it. The greens tasted canned, and our sides didn't come out with the food.

Service was exceptional; our server Q made sure we had what we needed. Drinks were great, as was the peach cobbler, though a scoop of ice cream would have set it off. The chocolate cake, which was complimentary because we were celebrating a birthday, was on the dry side. Overall, it's a nice vibe for a Sunday brunch.

Great restaurant to celebrate your anniversary. The ambiance is nice & romantic. We had a reservation & the hostess seated us immediately. We went early so it wasn't very crowded. Or server was great! My drink was smooth & refreshing. The food was amazing! Fresh, hot & portions were in abundance. Top of my list to visit next time I'm in town. The decor was elegant, great job by the designer & decor person. The manager came by our table to introduce herself, very courteous staff!!
