Worst experience in Dallas, Texas. I have been renting Sixt for over a
year, with a platinum membership and also hold a corporate account with them but I have been treated so badly that I might have to think of switching to Nationals or Turo.

Firstly the car is not well cleaned so you can't see any scratches or dents when you pick up the car. Later when I returned it, Mia the supervisor started complaining of new scratches on the car and I showed her the video that those scratches were already there and were not even mention when I picked up the car.

On my next visit after a month I had booked BMW 3 series and being a platinum member you get a free upgrade but forget about it I didn't even get that. After that Mia gives me BMW 3 series with almost 11 defects on the car and one of them was stone chip on the glass. After examining the car I was hesitating to use the car so she says "Its a rental car what do you expect". After that I asked for Manger as I couldn't take it but apparently she was the supervisor and there was no manager for this location. Now Mia offers me another ride with BMW 2 series downgrading what I paid for and ask me to come tomorrow to exchange the car as if I don't have any work.

The only reason I am using Sixt is because of Georgios, who is my corporate branch manager otherwise I would have taken my business literally somewhere else. He knows exactly how to treat a customer.

The credit that I received was from Georgios as he knew what happened with me. Regarding the BMW 2 I am still waiting on the customer service to get back to me as I haven't heard anything back from them still.

The prices, the staff, and my rental car were all great! I loved that the company is a European company with people of color being represented. I had a great experience and will definitely rent from them again! Thanks, Sixt!

This was my first experience using this rental company. I had never even heard of them but the rate was reasonable so I decided to give it a shot while on business travel. From the start I was not greeted very well by the front staff. She seemed very argumentative with me about every question I asked about tolls and fuel surcharges. I could go on and on about her but lets move on. Next issue on entry to car (newer Nissan Altima - nice car) I noticed dirt as well as someone's ball cap and shirt in the back seat. Started the car and the change oil warning came on immediately. Windshield was dirty so I attempted to wash...no joy as there was no fluid in the windshield washer. Next, I pull out of the airport and notice the left blinker is flashing rapidly. Left side blinker is out on a new car. Still not done....show up today to return and the guy is on his headset phone talking and laughing as attempted to tell him about my experience. He could have not cared less about my experience or this worthless company. I urge anyone to look elsewhere even if it costs a few more bucks.

Rented car on hotwire from September 5-6
- Customer service lady was superb
- I like the option they give to drop off car even when they are closed. Since you can drop off keys to the front desk of hotel.

This was my first experience using SIXT rental. I had a last minute trip to fly into Laguandia in New York. My flight was unfortunately delayed for more than an hour due to severe thunderstorms. So the car I rented and prepaid was no longer available. Initially, I was helped by a lady who did not try her best to take care of me. Fortunately, Herbert Alford took over her task and gave me a car that I needed at an affordable price. He is very kind, nice and professional with a very positive attitude to make sure that I was well taken care of. This happened to be an extremely stressful trip for me due to a family emergency. But Herbert's kindness and can-do attitude definitely helped me feel so much better and relieved at the end of the trip. When I returned my car, I was very fortunate & thankful to get helped by him as well. Many thanks to Herbert!

I want to congratulate SIXT rental at LGA for having such an asset like Herbert. As a small business owner, I recognize staff like Herbert are truly valuable to any business. Please take care of Herbert just like he takes care of your customers, like me.

SIXT is a great company with beautiful cars for rent. Such as the BMW convertible in Napa Valley. Or, a simple one way rental from Dallas to Houston. They handled a situation very professionally for me. A very good experience.

Supurb. Will rent from them again.

I found myself stranded in Dallas because my ride home got the flu. Being Thanksgiving week, I was having absolutely zero luck in finding a one-way rental back home. I found SIXT via Expedia and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had multiple vehicles available.

I was pleased to discover a clean establishment and the technology very modern and user-friendly. The staff was extremely polite and professional as well.

I originally paid the $1 difference to upgrade from an economy to a mid-size sedan, but when I arrived, they offered an upgrade me to an SUV at no extra cost.

I take the offer and after a moment of discussion between the staff, they then asked if I would be interested in yet another upgrade (I'm guessing a technical mix-up somewhere), but shoot! I wasn't mad!

So, the trip home was very comfortable to say the least and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT EVER USE THEM! my husband made a reservation and paid for it but when he showed up to the location at his reservation time they wasnt anyone there. He was stuck at this location. We both called customer service which is terrible. I spoke to multiple customer service agents and managers who all hung up on me and would not help me at all. I asked for them to change the reservation to a different location nearby and they wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money for a mess up on their end. The customer service staff was extremely rude they would not apologize. They asked why we would schedule a reservation for a time around when they close. No one called us from the location to ask if we were coming there was no communication at all. I will never use this company again. When I did speak to a manager I told them I wanted to cancel the reservation and they told me that I had to pay a cancellation fee. I told them I would not pay a cancellation fee for some thing that was not our fault. When I disputed this and asked for someone that could cancel the reservation without the cancellation fee they hung up on me for the third time. Do not ever use this company under any circumstances they will screw you over. I will also be reporting them.
