Hertz Car Rental - Addison - Midway Road HLE

I made a reservation online 24 hours ahead of time, I took an Uber over to this location. The person working then said "I don't know how many times I have to explain this everyday" and proceeded to yell at me that their reservation system will allow you to reserve a car even if they don't have cars there....

So, I reserved a car, they didn't have it, they let me reserve anyway. I wasted my money and time on an Uber getting over there, and then got yelled at by the employee like it's my fault...

Go someplace else, not all Hertz are bad, decent company in fact, but not this location.

Made a reservation. They didn’t have the car I reserved. Told me it would be available the next day (today). Called back today. The manager said it’s not available anymore because I didn’t hear back. He said he wasn’t the person who helped me even though exactly what I was talking about when the guy that answered the iPhone, mentioned the Tesla. Horrible service. Unaccommodating. Lazy. This is the second reservation in 2 weeks they have screwed up.

One of the worst customer service just now, the guy who didn’t even introduced his name was not been professional,
I called if my car was going to be ready by 11:45 they said they are running behind, I asked for a ride from the body shop to hertz they couldn’t get me a ride, my chip cc was a bit damage and they couldn’t come out with another solution, typing my card number or anything, so I needed up taken an Uber.

Not Hertz again specially that location

I can see there is a lot of bad reviews here and based on my experience I can only say that you will be treated as you treat other people. I was there during the Southwest Incident (Dec 26) and Bailey and the rest of the employees were super nice and got us a car during a time were none were available. I got home thanks to the people here!

Just the worst. I have a corporate Hertz account and rent all over the USA and the worst location of all is right here in Addison. Rented one today and it had trash on the inside and the heater barely worked. The woman was rude and condescending to my employee. My advice is find another location. This one is bad.

Always unprepared.
The couple times I've gone it just seems everything is unorganized.
They are nice, and do what they can to get me in a car.
But as a presidential member I end up in a Kia.

Like others have stated I rented from this location twice and both times I was not provided with the vehicle I reserved. First time I was given a compact car on a full size reservation. Not a big deal, I didn't complain. Second time they told me they didn't have a car for my reservation but they would charge me to upgrade. I'm 5 star, I shouldn't need to pay for an upgrade especially since they downgraded me the day before without a refund. If they can't fulfill the reservation they shouldn't accept the reservation. Never have an issue at any of the airport locations and have always been loyal to Hertz. Disappointed with my experiences at this location.

These people are so nice at this location. Bailey was the person that took care of my rental for me (SUPER NICE!). Jerry gave me a ride and he was SUPER NICE as well and Jesus went above and beyond when I lost my keys; he went to look for them for me. I can't say enough about the employees at this location, so go see them if you're ever in need of a rental in the Addison area.
