Conman. Promised me my car would be there first thing in the morning. It was not, but guess what? We can rent you this other car for twice as much. I rented it for one day instead of a week and when I brought it back he tried to charge me for insurance which I declined. If I didn't have my receipt I would of had to pay. When I said that is not what you quoted me he stated yelling at me and said I have to pay. I pulled out my receipt and he refunded me. The rudest person I have dealt with in years. Go to another location. He also yelled and hung up on me when I called with a simple question about extending my rental.

The guys that helped me when nice and respectful. They did such a good job I would definitely come back here. On the day to pick up my car I got an early call from one of the guys I am sorry that I cannot remember his name at the moment but he said that they did close at noon therefore the vehicle I rented was ready to be picked up I was like ok I'll be there soon to pick it up. That was one of the things I like the most because I wasn't aware that they close that early on Saturdays I was glad I got the call in advance to let me know about it. I had no issues with the vehicle I received and the whole transaction everything was great.

Reserved online. Arrived early. Was able to pick which vehicle I wanted based off my reservation. Quick checkout. High end vehicle for a nice smooth ride. Location is in great proximity of my house. I will be back to rent again at this Avis.

The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. The car is always clean and gassed up, and they are mindful of the details. For example, I drove through heavy rain a couple of times on this trip, and it was nice to see that the windshield was treated with Rain-X so water just streamed off and the visibility remained excellent.

5/5 STARS!! Their team went above and beyond my needs. I rented a car from the Dallas Airport and did not like the car so i swapped it out for a better one only to remember shortly after departing from the airport i left my luggage in the trunk! When i went back the workers told me the car was being shipped to Addison, TX.. I landed in Dallas on Saturday so the Addison AVIS was closed. I got in contact with one of the workers who informed me my luggage was at the Addison, TX location! Such HONORABLE workers! AVIS deserves respect for hiring such high integrity employees. God Bless all of them!

It's always been an easy experience when renting with Avis! The cars are great quality, each one of them that I've rented has had Apple/Android Auto. The staff running the store are great to work with. I'm a repeat customer for sure!
