Starbucks

When we are out traveling, we do jump in to any Starbucks to see how each store decorations are.

Love the tall ceiling of this store.
Love the friendly staff at this store.

Not a fan to give out our personal information because we need their FREE WIFI.

Im not usually picky but I was fairly upset when I got my drink and saw the amount of space left in my drink. I put the straw in only to realize how much space was left in the venti sized drink. The foam had dissipated a bit which is why it looked even emptier. It tasted watered down as well. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso but it had a very weak taste compared to the ones I’ve ordered from other stores. I just felt like I was cheated from my drink :(

Update: I came by this location again to pick up my mobile order. My matcha latte was made well, but the employee forgot my cake pop. The parking lot and drive thru are a nightmare to deal with, so backed up and hard to get in and out of. I will not return to this Starbucks.

I ordered a Matcha Creme Frappuccino and brownie through the mobile app. Order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, everything was correct. Good experience with this location.

I’m not ever one to do reviews but this is one of the worst Starbucks I have gone to. They never get my order right. The staff is nice, but my coffee is pretty much milk. I tried it out one last time and again my order is not what I wanted. “Lt sweet cream” and this is not it.

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered online pulled up to the drive thru guy at register says we just ran out out of acai! On the return receipt claims I did not want drink when he said they JUST ran out. Very unhappy with today's service 08/08/2022.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a hot latte and had to wait almost 20 minutes before being handed a Frappuccino. I told the cashier it was supposed to be hot and after waiting another few minutes she hands me, presumably, a hot latte only to drive away and realize I got a tasteless no idea what. I still was charged for a grande Frappuccino. The instructions on the cup were nothing that I ordered so I’m not sure if this is someone else’s or they just dumped the Frappuccino in a cup and warmed it up. Terrible experience. I’ll be going to Scooters from now on.

This is my go-to place when in Addison. It is easy to get in and out of and the staff have always been excellent. Unlike my 3 local Starbucks, everyone here at least appears happy and has a smile on their face.

Not happy about the visit to this Starbucks. They were out of sugar....so I was charged for simple syrup....also they were out of pike place coffee and had to brew a fresh pot. Got home and noticed the bottom of the cup was coffee grounds. Not happy especially at close to $ 9 for the whole meal
