I know people say all Starbucks are the same, not true. This Starbucks is THE BEST! The friendliest staff, the best drinks, the cleanest, freshest store, (just updated), the easiest parking, the best shopping, the most delicious food, the most professional employees. THIS Starbucks location is worth driving out of my way for. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow! This is a busy Starbuck’s location!!! Large location with a cool modern leather couch all down the center! Great mid century modern leather chairs that are nice and comfy but still easy to hold a laptop on! Great location near the Tollway and Belt Line in Addison. This is a happening location so bring headphones or be prepared for some socializing!

I've gotten coffee here twice ever, and both times, I was shorted on the amount of coffee. I ordered a venti, and received my order with only 3/4 of the cup full. I even checked the size to see if maybe they’d run out of the correct cup size - according to their website, a venti is 20oz and my 20oz cup isn’t even full.
Last week, I ordered a grande and received a tall size instead AND my cold brew was mostly all ice. So maybe 1/3 of the cup was actually coffee.
For the insanely high prices you charge for coffee, this is unacceptable. And I shouldn’t have to check to make sure you aren’t cutting corners on product amounts when that higher price is supposedly because I’m paying for a better experience at Starbucks.

The Starbucks you know and love with the quality sustaining energy we need to get through our meandering days. Here you can get your pumpkin spice latte or your coffee with three shots of espresso. The style and the ambience of the interior is beautifully done as we expect from every Starbucks. It is welcoming, and offers that coffee shop atmosphere that we need sometimes to get out of our houses. It’s a lovely place with that lovely sustaining liquid that drives this economy to and fro

I never leave reviews. But I gave the staff at this location multiple chances, just in case they were having an "off" day. Nope it's not an off day, this is just a terrible Starbucks. Let me just say, that I always order standard popular drinks with very little modifications. However, they can never get the coffee right. It always taste like water or plain sweet milk. Today, I ordered the white chocolate mocha. At any other location, its delicious. But at this Starbucks, it tasted like warm milk with sugar, absolutely no flavor. Management seriously needs to retrain the staff on how to make coffee, especially the common fan favorites. Starbucks is way too pricey for these types of inconsistencies. FYI, I will say they let me order another coffee after they messed up the white mocha.

This is my first time leaving a review. Last time I came here they made the matcha latte but smelled like black tea. I thought they were negligent because it was too crowded but it was the same today even though it wasn't crowded. I spent money to buy venti size but received such an grande size

Students made 3 separate orders for me to pickup 13 drinks, all perfect per orders and I was able to carry out 4 at a time with carriers and load in car 4 trips to front door. Staff responsive while working to ask if I needed anything giving me an extra carrier.

Wow, such a great and friendly staff! I felt so welcomed and they were very helpful. Great selection of drinks but I wouldn't go for any if their food items. I'm in love with their cold brew options, especially the honey almond milk one!
