Primo Hotel

Good points - Good hotel, very clean and in a quiet location. Great price for those on a budget. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Room was decent size for two of us, impeccably clean and the bathroom was big & also super clean. Breakfast was decent, buffet with something for everyone's taste and included in the price. There is a supermarket nearby to buy extras like bottled water or snacks.
Bad points - It's a fair walk to the city centre but that's why this hotel is cheaper than others. There is a bus that you can take but we preferred to walk off the beers we'd had.

Pretty good hotel for the price. Decent bed, spacious bathroom and the staff were really helpful (spoke very good English).
Its not central. But, there's a bus stop just around the corner that will take you to the centre in 5 minutes.

The rating could be easily 4/5, but some basic things should be improved. The hotel has a great location and a small private parking area, which was very useful for us, we did stay for six nights and there was always some space to leave the car. Also, our room was big enough, bathroom renovated and the staff was friendly. In general it is a good place to stay for a night or two.

But there were also some issues, the room has been cleaned, but just the bathroom and a part of the floor close to the door, the rest, around the beds, was gathering a lot of dust during our stay.
Breakfast - this was sad, not even because it was little bit boring to get every day the same food, but for first 3 days the staff didn't even put the heater on and they did manege to serve cold scrambled eggs and sausages already at 8 AM. I guess little bit more attention to such "details" and they could keep the guests much more happy.

Room smallish but decent. Bathroom pretty spacious, not very bright, everything was in order.
Check in and out almost instantaneous. Breakfast was fine too.
Matched my needs perfectly. Maybe a little spartan if you are on vacation trip. And mind the location, it is farther from popular sights of Riga.

First impressions after one night. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Towels and soap provided. Downside is that although a kettle is in the room, no coffee, tea or milk are available - you can get those at the supermarket over the road. Staff are very helpful especially the Nightshift guy Peter who never seems to sleep.

Staff was awesome, clean rooms, good breakfast and cool windowsills which you can sit and relax :D

Extremely cold, very little heating, thin blankets and luke warm water. Despite it being -4.. Disappointing with cleaning staff who were like elephants and had no issues banging and slamming doors. Breakfast good value and clean.

Rooms are fine quality, reasonable with the price. It's a Estonian house
