Ok hotel for budget travellers. The breakfast available for 5 euros consisted of some kind of potato salad, sausage, salty meat, cheese, lots of cucumber, tomato and light and sour bread, and did not go well with my western tastebuds. The cheese was really good though. The second day was much better with a fried egg, bread, sausage, salami tomato and cucumbers.

With a room on the ground floor you will hear everything going on in the reception wery well, as the doors are poorly sound insulated. Rooms are small, but considering the price you wouldn't expect more. The rooms are not cleaned every day, and you won't get fresh towels unless you ask for them. Heating was turned off when we visited in late september, and the room was quite cold, but who wants to hang out in the hotel room anyway?

To get to the center of town just maje a right as you exit the hotel, and keep going for 15-20 minutes until you see the stockmanns mall and the bus station. City center and the old town will be on your right. You van also take a cab, 5-7 euros will get you to the old town.

Solid hotel for solid price. In a walking distance to city center (30 min). Room was really really reaaaaally small and the wifi was on/off depending on logged users

First, it is about 25min walk to the old town so it is not in a particular good location (be careful, the city center is not the old town where most of the sites are). Second, the reception staff is really friendly and helpful but the facilities are very disappointing. No elevator, wifi is not stable and slow (it is often not possible to open a webpage so i used a lot my 3g network), poor sound isolation, noisy street and even with the windows closed, I had a hard time to sleep. I asked to change to another room but it was not possible because it is a small hotel and all rooms were full. No blackouts for the curtain so the sunlight always comes to the room. During my half a week stay, the room was not cleaned or remade - there is only 1 cleaning lady and she also makes breakfast so i guess she must be too busy for that... The bed cracks and mattress too soft for me. The shampoo is of poor quality. I wonder how this hotel has been qualified as a 3-stars compared to other 3-stars where i've stayed.

Lamp fell from ceiling. Door knob came off. Curtain holder broke. Coffee machine didn't work.

I would not recommend it. Wifi only in hallway. Hot bedroom, rude personnel

Not very nice but cheap. Didnt like the receptionist nor the owner.

The hotel is not worth three star at all. The room was very smelly and full of cigarette smell. The bathroom was filthy, and the bedsheets seemed there were not changed. They don't have room facilities at all. It's all very basic and the room furniture is very low quality. I would not recommend this place at all. It's not worth it.

Terrible. No ventilation in the room so no oxygen. If you got room on the street side over night you can choose between suffocating (closed window) or sleepless night due to noise (opened window). No soap in the bathroom. Heating constantly turned on in the bathroom making things even worse. WiFi that works randomly. Staff that responds to request that WiFi does not work that “it should work”. Ugly design, last renovation was probably 30yrs ago. No desk in the room so you can’t work even if you figure out your own internet connection. The only good thing was that the bed was ok.
