Disliked:
1) We found out about the 50€ security deposit only after we made the booking. No problems arose because of this though. 2) Small parking lot 3) By car the location is accessible only from a one way street. 4) As far as kitchen utensils go we would have liked bigger cups instead of these small espresso cups. 5) Since there are tram roads nearby, the whole building vibrates as one tram goes by. Nothing too bad as it doesn't happen often.
But all in all, great place for this price. Nice bathroom, everything works as it should. You can also manually adjust radiator temperature.

Nice location, not far from the center. Free parking in the inner yard. Comfortable bed, property was quiet at night. Inner yard is used for smoking so we could feel the smoke when the windows were open. The particular apartment we stayed at was not very cozy and some things seemed in need of renovation, but in general it was fair value for money.

Very rude owners, they were mad that we were only speaking english and started screaming at us. After 5 minutes, they let us into the accomodation. They kept giving us grumpy looks until we signed everything. Room was different then what we booked on the internet but the owner did not care (probably didn't "understand" us). Every door was creaking pretty loud. Besides that, the accomodation is decent and budget friendly.

Decent place for a decent price. It’s a couple of bus stops away from the center, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downsides are the thin walls & the lack of furniture to store any of your clothes.

Strong water pressure.Not enough storage.Not very warm.Location far from centre 36 mins walk.18 mins on tramway. When we entered the service lady was not happy.

Tiny, dirty rooms, no storage, very loud, right next to a busy road, but the shower was alright. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay if visiting on a budget! Would stay at this hotel again. The neighborhood is nice and not sketchy. The room was above expectations. For the price you can't beat it!
