We booked this 'boutique' hotel for two nights. The room we were given was absolutely uncomfortable and shabby looking. Light coming from under the door; light curtains that don't block the light; noise coming from the street; soft and uncomfortable bed. As a result we couldn't sleep more than few hours. In the evening there is nobody at the reception so we could ask for a change in room. The next morning the staff told us that no other room was available and didn't offer any other solution to our situation. The breakfast included has terrible water coffee and mostly uneatable food, saved for few sweets. The only solution has been to leave the hotel after one night, and go somewhere else, even if there was no chance to have our money back. As someone that travel *every week* for work, this is definitely one of those overrated hotel that exploit their location and offer terrible service and facilities. Nobody should book this hotel.

Stayed at Boutique Hotel Kristofs for a quick weekend away to Riga, wish I could have extended my visit. The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly, suggesting local events that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. The breakfast was fresh and a very good deal, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location, centrally located to the canal and all Old Town attractions. I will be staying there again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great hotel. Stylishly furnished, large room, large, comfortable bed. Likewise the very nice rest of the hotel, lounge, restaurant. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Perfect, attentive service. And all this in the very center of Riga.

Everything at this hotel was perfect, we were very happy with the service and the rooms had everything we could wish for down to an extra blanket, electric heater and slippers. The staff took excellent care of us. The hotel was clean and quiet, we almost felt like we had it all for ourselves. Definitely would come again!

A very beautiful vintage hotel in the old town. If you want to feel the full spirit of Riga's old town you definitely should book this hotel. The staff is nice and polite, 5 stars here.

I am literally in love with this cute little hotel! the food was delicious and at the first floor you can make a tea/coffee for yourself any time) also it's right in the center and close to the big store
