Positive: Location excellent. Can drive to Banff and Lake Louise easily. Close enough to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Lots of parking. The scenery beautiful- the mountains are right there! The front desk person professional and friendly. Negative: The hotel is a solid structure but sound proofing the walls can be improved. Can hear the next door room when baby crying or the chairs being dragged on the floor.

Booked 3 nights in the 2 double with kitchenette. Nice room and location! Friendly staff! The hot tub is really nice with great views! Rooms are extremely clean and management should be proud of housekeeping as they maintain the place well. Would recommend.

I evaluate for the first time. This resort is so clean, it's amazing, and it's cleaner and more sincere than 5 stars. Beds, clean sheets and a huge amount of towels, high quality products. It was nostalgic that the old facility was managed like this. I felt the travel sensibility of when my grandmother was alive. If I go to Canmore again, this is a place I want to stay again.

This place was expectedly nice. We were a little doubtful about it as it says its a 2star hotel but our stay there was definitely a 5 star. Wifi works great. Clean rooms, bathroom and kitchen accessories were all provided. Loved the view from our balcony. Didn’t try all the free perks like spa and more, but overall a great experience. Would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a nice,clean, quiet and affordable place to stay around Banff.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette. Walls are a bit thin, can hear neighbour's TV for example. On the edge of town, so not as walkable as some of the other places in Canmore. Still recommend as a relatively affordable option.

We had the chalet. Great value during high season. Clean, comfy beds, good amenities, friendly staff and a hot tub. They also clean daily

I stayed here about a year ago but forgot to leave a review. For the price this lodge is amazing. What’s even better is that it’s pet friendly and when we stayed they set up bowls for our dog and a bed and a toy. That was honestly really special, it can feel so uncomfortable to bring a dog to hotels but that meant the world. Thank you ❤️❤️
