The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was outstanding with great service and food. Our check-in was delightful. Our host was hospitable and friendly. You will need to carry your bags up to the second floor if you are there because there is no elevator.

Nice staircase with goldfish pond below. Room is spacious and in good order. Quiet. Ground floor rooms have a second door, you can park outside your room. Great staff. Food and service in the restaurant quite good.

Rooms were ok. Clean. Tub had no plug to have a bath. Tub has no non slip mat to stand on for a shower!!! Big safety issue. Checkin took awhile but nice fellow. Restaurant...don't order the mashed potatoes...instant and soupy. Shepard pie was terrible. Grilled chicken only came with big puddle of instant potatoes and chicken. Menu says also has cooked veg. None of our meals got the cooked veg. Beef Soup was good.

Friendly and helpful staff. "Under construction" so no extra rooms were available to gather a team. But restaurant staff made extra efforts to deliver food to each room of the team. So reason for only 4 stars is that they aren't fully in use; but renovations will help ugrade to make facility feel a little less "old"

In my opinion, this hotel really does not live up to its name. First of all, room smelled of cigarettes, was freezing, and noticed stained furniture right away. Going to the bathroom, water pressure in the sink was extremely high, but the shower did not drain…even after just 5 mins of running water, and the pressure was lacking. A total of 1 outlets by the beds, very inconvenient. I also found a giant shrivelled spider on the bathroom floor. Walls are thin and wifi is slower than my low speed data. However, the free breakfast was pretty good, only complain there was I was still hungry so i had to make a local mcdonald’s run.

Great place to put your feet up. Very comfortable and clean rooms. A/C for those hot nights. The staff are so awesome and fun to be around. First time we were here was back in June of 1984. Truly a Quality place.
