We had awesome service with our stay. The staff were so friendly and nice. We had concerns with our dog as it was a new place and he was whining at first. The staff were so kind and understanding. They told us to go for a swim and if she heard him she’d let us know. He was great afterwards and we had no issues. They were easy to talk to and the stay was great! Would definitely stay there again :)

Just recently had a two night stay here. Right from the start, Carrie who work's the front desk was very welcoming and professional. That set the tone for our weekend stay here. Carrie definitely made us feel welcome. Hotel itself is modern and clean. There was also a market in the parking lot on Saturday which was a nice touch.

Stayed 2 nights here. Firstly the hotel was very well kept and clean. Staff were very friendly too and hard working. Complementary breakfast wass great! With hot food offerings. My only complaint is that the rooms have awful sound isolation from the hallway so that means you end up hearing everything outside your door all rowdy guests and all. Also avoid rooms at the end of a hall as the door to the stairs also can be heard easily. If this was fixed I'd give 5 stars as the rest of the room was great.

Stayed there for a friends wedding.... clean and functional rooms, pool,hot tub and slide provides hours of fun for my child, and breakfast on both days was better than average....prices wasnt bad either. Best part was the helpful staff with what ever we needed.I Would stay there again.

Huge rooms and super friendly staff. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel with a microwave in the room. And there is a decent sized work desk and a little sitting area. For the cost of the room I am very surprised by how big they are.

The hotel is great. Clean, comfortable, friendly, awesome breakfast…. But I have to give a HUGE shout out to Stephanie. She goes above and beyond. Seriously amazing at hospitality. I recently booked again and look forward to our upcoming stay there.

The noise complaints we got because we have 3 kids under six, bothered me, so I left home with the 2 younger kids. The breakfast was taken away as I was trying to get food, the breakfast room wasn’t not clean like I would think it should be, and having no high chair to set my 8 month old so he could eat.

Over priced for the well used hotel that it is , they don’t inform you that they will not clean your room unless your there for 3 days ,$ 290+ for two nights and cannot clean your room , also front desk lady was more sarcastic then helpfully “ of Since Covid that’s what everyone does ! “. I have stayed in a lot of hotels since Covid and have had room cleaned , if staying here stay at the canalta ! Way better
