Most disgusting room I have ever been in. Never have I seen such neglect and lack of cleanliness. Black mould all over the bathroom, rotter floors and carpets, chipping and peeling paint... not to mention the other health violations. Never changed the beds once in the 4 nights we stayed. Never again will II goback there.

Wifi is decent if you can get the right room(s). Average rooms. Inexpensive. Bonus: usually get coupons for free coffee and $4 breakfast item at gas station.

Jon the manager is amazing. He goes out of his way to be accommodating. Always service with a smile, clean rooms, barbeques. Couldn't ask for a better motel at that price.

Yes, I put 5 stars even though this is what most would consider a 3 star motel, but here are the reasons why I say 5 stars: -The owner is very kind and accommodating. -The rooms are VERY clean, and rooms with two beds also have 2 fridges. -The prices are very low for a hotel this clean and quiet. -I had a problem with my laundry, and they had no laundry available for customers, BUT the owner helped me out by washing my uniform for me (free of charge and left it folded on my bed the next day!). What other hotel does that?? I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I rate and review this place on the basis of it being a budget motel and the price of the room! That's only fair judgment! When you're looking for a CHEAP place to stay to minimize expenses, this is the place to come! It's a place to sleep, shower, and most importantly, I can be walking distance away from where I'm gonna be working next morning! The breakfast voucher is a nice bonus even with the $49 per night stay! You're still saving over $100 from staying in luxury over at the Golden Prairie! It serves its purpose so I give it a 5!

The Asian fellow is very accommodating! Rooms cleaned daily and service is 5 out of 5 all around. Havent received such warm and accommodating service in years. Will make it a point to come here again if work takes me here. Thank you!

One of the best beds I have slept in , out of all the hundreds of motels I have stayed in. The room (#49) was warm and comfortable And the shower was powerful with lots of hot water. A coffee maker would have been nice.
