Wow. You could not find a better value motel on this continent. This little single story cabin style motel is quiet, friendly and internally renovated. Don't expect 5 start but more homely. With everything you need in your cabin/room for your stay, you will feel comfortable and have a great night's rest. Mini kitchen includes, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pod coffeemaker, hotplate grill, sink and cutlery and crockery for two. The room is ultra clean and you park your car at the door. Unfortunately the cabins are to small to be wheelchair friendly.

The service at the Fort Motel was exceptional. We arrived following a snow storm and the following day the car wouldn't start due to the cold weather. The staff at the Fort Motel went above and beyond to assist in getting our car started. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely rooms and extremely hospitable staff.

room is unexpectably nice with the price. Although bed sheets and other stuffs looks a bit old already but still they look neat and well kept. The room is spacious, complete with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, water heater they even have some china and silverwares. Bathroom have fresh linens and complimentary soap and shampoo.

Best value I've ever received in a budget hotel!!! Very clean, crisp sheets, fresh new towels, beautiful bed. Very friendly people! Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend:)

Good value for very basic amenities. It is comfortable and clean here even though the trim have a somewhat unfinished to them. Room temperature was comfortable, and I slept through the night with no problem. The owner is quite nice and was able to set up my room with 30 minutes notice. If you need a place to stay on a budget, this is a good spot.

We had a really good experience at this motel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner even though we got in late for our stay. Initially, from the exterior it looks like not a quality place. We walked in to see a well furnished room with all of the amenities you would need like coffee maker, a microwave, refrigerator, and other kitchen supplies for a DIY breakfast. There is a neutral smell in the place which is always positive. TV and WiFi are also available but had difficulty getting the WiFi to work. If you are 45 minutes north of the border and need a place to stay, this place is a great value for your money.

Owner is very nice my daugther left her stuffy in the room and he went out of his way to bring it to the arena for her. It was nice to go somewhere where someone went out of the way to help make u feel comfortable. Well defently stay there again rooms where clean.

Nice little kitchenettes, shower is hot, bed is perfect, place is nice and clean. Good place overall.
