There was no A/C the rooms were really hot. There were crumbs in one of the beds. The bathroom was a mess. There were crumbs in the fridge. The wifi was horrible. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There were stains in the carpet. It is extremely overpriced for the service my family and I got. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. I’m glad we only had to stay one night.

Over-Priced.... no A/C, front desk dishonest. I.e. there was an incredible strong Curry smell emanating from the room below which was the front desk. When I enquired about the smell, she indicated it was not coming from them they were just cooking rice
... oh really... paid $240 for one night taxes in... room was small, bed un comfortable., no elevator ... for $240 a night I would expect all of the above and above all integrity. Would not spend the night again if they paid me to stay there.

Please do not stay at this place. I laughed out loud at the 5 star review that was clearly left by a family member or friend of the people who own this dump. Everything was dirty, from the floors with an empty chip bag and loose change, to the hair and stains on the sheets. My friend wanted to surprise me for my birthday after a hike with dinner and a night out in Canmore, but of course all places in Canmore were booked on a Saturday, so she landed on this place. $280 a night for literally the dirtiest motel room I have ever seen. I was appalled. First of all the door didn’t even lock. The window had a screen that didn’t even fit the full height of the window… very unsafe!! Everything was falling apart, there was tape holding stuff together. The ceiling is covered in stains and water damage, it looks like it could cave in at any moment. It felt so gross being in there for the 5 mins we were there before we decided to leave. I honestly cannot believe how disgusting it was. I have stayed in divey motels but have never seen anything quite like this. It is not even worth $100 never mind $280. Highway robbery.

This place is horrible!! The room was dirty and one of the beds had a USED bandage on it. We couldn’t eat using the table because it was missing a leg and kept on tilting. The rooms had no A/C, instead they used two fans which hardly worked at all. We then decided to open up the window during the night only because it got too hot and a few minutes later there were SO much mosquitos, me and my family got eaten alive. Not to mention, we were meant to stay 2 nights but as soon as we entered the room, straight away we tried looking for a new hotel, but all of the hotels were booked for both of our nights, so we were forced to stay there at least one night. By the way, we paid $249 a night for this! One of the worst inns I’ve ever stayed at. The five star reviews are all fake!! They are probably all family members of the owners or I wouldn’t even be surprised they were paid to make it.

This was the MOST expensive hotel we booked in an 8-night trip through Alberta/B.
C. We paid $271 CAD. We immediately tried to cancel but, despite a no vacancy sign and the obvious likelihood that it would be rebooked, they refused. The pics I have shared speak for themselves. The pics posted by the property are wildly unrepresentative of the condition of the rooms etc. It was unbelievably hot in the room, with the door open, the window open, and the fan on. The room was so tiny, the bathroom in terrible condition, everything seemed broken and dirty. VERY LOUD highway noise which was especially unfortunate because of the aforementioned heat and needing to keep the window open.

Tye room had a great view, however, the room was certainly not worth a single penny. The green carpet was stained, the table was damaged, there was mold in the bathroom shower, in other words, the room looked like itvwas falling apart from dirt and damaged. And to make things worse, they charge a $10 fee for leaving any dishes dirty. Last, I was charged twice for the room!! Ugh...awful experience.

One of the cleanest Inns I have ever stayed in. I saw they had an award for house keeping a couple years back and I have to say its well deserved. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. I had a better sleep then I did at a 4 star hotel in the city. The wifi is slow and no air-con, but if your looking for a cheaper alternative to the expensive resorts this is the way to go!

After reading all the negative reviews if you are still deciding to stay you are making a mistake. We did that mistake and I usually don't write reviews often but I had to share this if it helps some one.
Worst place to stay. No maintenance , no cleaning, no service. Very rude staff.Very outdated rooms. Smelly corridors and we deeply reget booking here after reading all bad reviews. Trust these negative reviews. It's true. It's a horrible place. Please don't book🙏
