Wife & I stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed our stay. Lots to do in this area.
Pros: Reasonably priced. Clean & nice layout. Was exactly as advertised. Nice big room. Modern bathroom.
Cons: No Key cards. Coded key pads for entrance to garage parking. Elevator access and room door entry.
The under ground parking garage is extremely dirty with a fine dust that covers parked cars. Some cars are so covered in dust that their colour can not be distinguished. The garage really needs to be swept or hosed down. Staff was great

For $300 for one night NOT worth it, find somewhere else.
Bed sheets had holes, changed 3 times finally got one that didn't have holes, bedspread which is just a sheet had holes. black marks on face cloths, brown stains on towels, curtain has holes, mirror cracked, floor was dirty. Garage door stayed open all the time anyone can park in there, not secure. Codes for everything, no key cards.
Checkin was great, check out he didn't care about our complaints said email the company. Did that and they didn't care either.
Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT stay here ever again.

Great layout, nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. We loved the jacuzzi tub and 2 bedrooms, it gave us lots of space.
So nice to have them come in and take our recycling and garbage out daily.
The bedsheets had some holes and tears in them, but not a big deal.

The only issue was the guests in the suite above us. Their children ran around jumping off furniture until 11pm and up again at 5 am. Every single foot step transfers through the floor. Not worth my money at all for that amount of disruptive noise. They might want to look into more sound proofing the floors.

I truly wish I would have stayed here for my entire stay in Canmore. Comfortable, no frills room with an insanely comfortable bed and spectacular views! Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Would recommend if you're in Canmore. So much better than the outrageously expensive and scammer Airbnbs in the area!

The staff were nice but the place is overpriced for what it is. The bed sheets and towels had some stains, half of the towels were in tatters, and the floor looks like it had never been washed. We spilled some water on the floor and the paper towel was black after we wiped it. The bottom of my daughter’s white socks were also black. It was really gross.

It wouldn’t take much time to run a steam mop or replace some things but I guess they’re too busy trying to fill rooms rather than maintain them.

The water pressure isn’t that great either and the shower head doesn’t move so it was really hard to wash my toddler. The hot water was also pretty much gone after two people showered, which isn’t ideal if a lot of people are staying there (and everyone wanted to shower because the floors were so gross!).

The wifi is also terrible.

One of the staff members extremely rude. Tried charging my credit card in the early morning when I specifically said I was paying at the hotel. Closet was broken, phone was broken. Beautiful lay out and view but just caused me extra stress the whole time of what was supposed to be a vacation.

The rooms were great, the resort is snug up to the side of a mountain right in Canmore... Bagel place is a 5 minute walk away.
There is access to a gym in the neighbouring hotel... Gym was just ok.
The pool was also in a neighbouring hotel. There is a kiddie pool with a frog slide that was great, and an inside/outside hottub that was great.

The pool itself had a waterslide that looked real fast: the kids came blasting out of it and basically soaked everyone that is in or around the pool, which is a little small for that kind of splash zone. You can't really just paddle around if there is anyone near the slides.

The games room had a pool table, foosball and bubble hockey. There were also video games which were unfortunately our of order while we were there. But there was a little library and some board games available as well.

There is a firepit outside that we didn't use, as well as a common BBQ area.

The room had a jettub and fireplace, full kitchen and laundry. My only complaint was my kids dumped all the shampoo into the tub day1 and it never got replenished. That might have just taken a call, so potentially my bad.

Parking was underground and included.

I inquired about checking out a day early, as I had a potential conflict, but was told that I would have to basically eat the cost of the room for the extra day I had booked.

Overall, great stay and recommended.

Only giving 2* because of how nice staff were. The room was extremely hot, window wasn’t cutting it. Heat said “off” but continued pumping hot air, they have a sign saying don’t use ac it doesn’t work. The pull out couch was broken, there were stains on our sheets, white stains all over the accent sheets. Room was very small and not at all what we expected from photos. Only redeeming quality is staff, and you could see the mountain. Not worth the price or boiling yourself at night.
