Mountain View Inn

Reasonable price for busy time of year. Room was clean and quiet (quiet is what I asked for). Staff did not know about the Kananaskis pass which I think is handy information for your guests. Room service was provided after 2 days. Not sure why, but I'll take it. It is away from town center so be prepared to walk. No big deal for us, but people with mobility issues may think about this. Parking lot is public until 6pm so hotel gave us a pass to put on the dash for after 6pm.

The service and stay was fairly good, and the staff was friendly. The location was great, but we did not know there would be no room service. After the second night, we were provided with fresh towels and our beds were made, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and it all looked a little rushed. The carpet and overall ambience wasn’t welcoming.
Overall, I think the price was a little expensive for the poor quality of the hotel.

Besides providing a bed to sleep in, I recommend staying as far away as possible from this hotel.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The most lazy, ignorant, rude and incompetent individuals run this place for long list of reasons.
No parking on the weekends first come first serve expect roaming around the hotel trying to find a spot if you don't find it. Park outside at your on risk as no information or help is provided by the management.
Rooms are dirty, furniture is spoiled, and the rooms smell and feel like a dungeon.
Expect a very unhelpful and blunt customer service when asking questions, raising concerns and ghost-like stares.
Not worth the expensive price they charge.

The staff was great, the service good..it's very basic but that's all you need when you're in canmore - you barely spend any time at the hotel..it's in a really good area so it does the job. The lady at the front desk was very friendly! We'd definitely be back!

This place is fine. We booked it because we were visiting during peak time and it was one of the cheapest options we could find. The rooms are very basic and dated. The beds weren’t great. It was clean though. Parking is sort of an issue if you come back late, but you can just park on the street. The rooms are not very soundproof, so if you are a light sleeper this is a consideration. I would maybe stay here again, but it’s far from luxury.

We really liked this Inn alittle far from town and no elevator was the only drawback we found view really nice clean rooms comfy beds and good pillows would stay again 😀

Stay was fine. But I paid a 100$ deposit for the room and never got it back. It's already been 3 weeks and have exchanged messages back and fourth with them as well as my bank to confirm. It has been confirmed that the they reverted the deposit I was supposed to get back. I got scammed so do NOT pay the deposit or you WILL get scammed.

Stayed here for two nights. Perfect location and clean room, comfortable bed. Like that they have sanitising products in the room to use. Will stay here again!
