Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort

Friendly and welcoming staff; great continental breakfast; fun water park. Nice restaurant. Everything was clean and looked like it has been attended to. Well equipped kitchen as well. Great setup with room access from inside hotel and outside; makes loading and unloading vehicle so easy! This is the ONLY place we will stay in high level in the future. Just wish there was a king size bed option in the family sized rooms; also had trouble cooling the room down even with the AC.

The attention to detail for the housekeeping team is unrivalled to any place I've been and I've been working on the road for almost 15 years. My co-worker said the same thing about his experience. I made sure to show my appreciation semen I left.
I really enjoyed having a well stocked full kitchen, including an oven.
Decent breakfast compared to some places.
My tv was huge. My co-workers wasn't and he was envious. I don't watch much tv at all, so 40 inch.. 60 inch.. Don't matter much to me.
I have no complaints at all about this property. Great staff, great experience.

Had a nice stay here and food was great. Very tasty-my son grabbed all the boneless chicken to his plate. Nice room and breakfast is included. Good customer services as well.

Great room for a good price. Nice provided warm breakfast. A/C works well in rooms even if it is a little loud. Our room had convenient indoor and outdoor access.

Reservation and check in were fast. Staff were friendly. Hotel room was clean and well-stocked. Breakfast was great. The only thing I would knock a star off on is their restaurant washroom. If you look below their air dryers - the walls look like they have never been cleaned. With the dimmed light in there its hard to tell BUT bring out your phone flash light and voila! This is an area where housekeeping needs to focus on. Not very sanitary in these areas.

I enjoyed the atmosphere lots of natural light. Warm atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to a weary traveler with a large appetite and appreciation for tasty food served with an eye for detail. Compliments to the chef!

What a nice hotel! The lobby, breakfast, restaurant area is pleasantly laid out and spacious feeling. The staff were nice. My room was clean and cozy. There was a USB charge ports beside the bed which was great cause I only brought my cord!

Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort convinces with unexpected quality in Northern Alberta. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The restaurant offers a great selection of drinks and foods. Customer service is helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable. If you are traveling between Alberta and the Northwest Territories, you should certainly stay here.
