My and my mother have been coming to often, but the staff are kind, caring and genuine. Even if I don’t don’t have my referral, they assist as much as possible to ensure you are seen. I rate these staff the best in Brisbane for attitude and professionalism. Thankyou very much.

Staff are brilliant and very helpful. Well-informed- communication between admin and other staff seemed very smooth.
Well-Organized; acceptable wait times and hygienic with well placed sanitizers and signage.

A thank-you to them for making every visit pleasant.

My family and I have required the use of Xrays and Ultrasounds a many times over the last few years. The staff at reception have always been helpful and the technicians have done a good job making you feel comfortable when being imaged. My only complaint would be the wait times. Unfortunately, as with most medical centres, they are often delayed which can make things difficult if you are trying to fit it into a busy schedule. Parking is easy though and the waiting room is comfortable with different areas and things to amuse kids with whilst you wait.

Beware of the receptionists!
Arrived on time for my appointment. The receptionist told me my referral was not valid. She was wrong. They rang the doctor and I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for a new referral. This was unnecessary. They kept me waiting over 30 minutes with a suspected ankle fracture. I was in pain so went up to the desk and asked why they were being so bloody minded in keeping me waiting, several patients who had come in after me were seen before me. A rather officious young brunette then jumped down my throat for swearing. Sorry but ‘bloody minded’ is not swearing it is a description of attitude. She then proceeded to tell me that if I had been nicer to the receptionist I would have been seen earlier. See how these petty people wield their power, they keep patients in pain waiting. Disgraceful, unprofessional and quite simply spiteful. If you can go somewhere else. I left without an x ray.

I was sent for an urgent matter and could not have been happier with the the service. A wonderful friendly greeting at Reception and awesome communication & service by the Radiologist. Thank you for making a nerve racking day the most pleasant it could have possibly been.

One extremely rude and unreasonable staff member ruined my experiences. The people behind the front counter were lovely though.

I can’t speak highly enough of this facility. I made three appointment changes due to travelling home from interstate and every time Taylor was so polite and understanding. Thorough and polite interaction with Dan, Toni and the X-ray tech, Raymond. Professional and caring facility. Very grateful.

Feels weird to say I had a good experience as I attended for a health concern. From the initial phone call right until the very end I was met with friendly professionals who made this experience a lot easier for me. Could not fault any one I interacted with. Will be coming back for any future needs.
