Easy to organise surgery, and was off pain killers within 24 hours and breathing better from the moment I woke up. Good clean work.

Dr McCrystal doesn't anwer the questions and concerns of his patients. I was very desperate to have my tonsils removed as they had grown too large to eat and were affecting my nutrition so I saw him as he was the first available ent. It's no wonder... During the procedure, he must've used electrocauterization and severely burnt my tongue and burnt off part of my uvula making it lopsided. In the morning, I had many questions to ask, but he seemed uninterested in waiting for me to painfully produce the words.
I would suggest alternative treatments in the meantime while waiting for a better ent to become available.

The initial consult for a tonsillectomy left me feeling a little uncertain, however on the day of the surgery he made me feel at ease, answered my questions and I felt quite confident going in.
Dr McCrystal followed up the next morning, spent time explaining the recovery process and the procedure.

Highly recommended ENT surgeon. My 3 year old had diagnosed sleep apnea with very large tonsils and adenoids coupled with limited hearing which required grommets.
