QML Pathology

Quick service, but I noticed a lot of private conversations between collection staff and patients being held quite loudly in the reception area.

Quick and painless, these ladies are very gentle!!

Worst experience getting my newborn’s blood test done here. Bub’s test was a a bit late but that doesn’t justify why the male receptionist and the lady pathologist had to scold me for 15min. For the whole time they kept frowning at me and Bub and kept complaining to each other about doing the blood test. Walking out of Q I felt like the worst mother ever

Worst QML I have ever been to. They “misplaced” my samples. I didn’t hear back. Had to get my doctor to call them to find out this information. Didn’t even get an apology. Rude staff

Punctual at 7am this morning, first in and first out in 5 minutes, didn't feel pain at all, couldn't be better than this.

@T.J.Miller....they have 2 collection rooms, and 2 staff members taking blood on a Saturday. Where are the extra staff you want them to hire taking your blood? In the toilet down the corridor? 🙄🙄🙄

I always come to this QML purely for the fact that every staff member is very gentle. I've never had a bad experience here, if you need blood tests, definitely come here!

Our 6 weeks old baby had his traumatic blood test couple of times before in QCH. His last blood test was a lot quicker and far less painful and traumatic last time that he had it here.
