The blood tests themselves are fast and efficient. However, I tend be judged and rudely welcomed. I’ve been a few times now and am denied the test immediately with the assumption that I am seeking a drug test (probably due to my tattoos). Upon further inspection they realize it’s to check my iron levels or something else unrelated. Once I explain my visit in more detail the woman’s demeanor changes and I can feel a noticeable shift.
I often leave feeling very irritated.

Without the negative attitude, I would have made this my regular.

I went to algester Central Park centre, since it was showing open in the google maps, when i went there it was closed from outside, I called using number provided in contact, somebody took the phone, they were rude, didn’t say which location it is and I asked her to come out , she didn’t such a lazy person. Don’t have common sense.

I asked them which location you are in she didn’t have a clue where is she is located
Pathetic behaviour poor mindset and idiotic thought process.

Great service from the pathology collector, was not only nice and personable but also for the first time I don’t have any bruising or pain because she was very cautious and careful.

I ran into one of their employees (in uniform) at Woolworths. I was lining up at the self check out and they lined up behind me. The employee was right behind me and making me feel really uncomfortable (I suffer from high anxiety and depression and going to the shops is a big deal for me). I looked behind me twice and looked at the woolies 1.5 m sticker they have in place for customers to stand on. The employee noticed what I was looking at and looked at me. I looked away because I felt really uncomfortable. Then I asked them politely as we moved up the line to give me a bit of space. They looked at me and said with attitude “why don’t you move up the line”. I was surprised and said that I am. They then said quite viciously “good” and proceeded to stand right behind me. I felt really insecure and a bit attacked because they were standing right behind me and now doing it on purpose. I am never using an organisation that employs these type of people. She had no regard to social distancing in a time of a pandemic and knew that I was uncomfortable and continued making me uncomfortable on purpose. I basically went as fast as I could through the checkout and ran out of there. I was in the car trying to de-stress and found out they were parked right next to me so I took a photo of their car. It’s attached below.

Went to this clinic Friday 30/07/21 for a test. I waited 40 minutes, no big deal, it looked like there was only one staff member and it was busy. The lady walked past everyone and grabbed the forms out of our hands, so I didn't even have the option of leaving if I wanted to. But after waiting 40 minutes I was called into the room to be told that the test I wanted was to be booked, so they couldn't do it now. I raced home and had 20 minutes to leave for work, without even having my test done. I couldn't even leave because as said above the form was ripped out of my hand.

If I could I would give it a zero.
The lady with the short hair was ruthless and insensitive today during my covid test.
I struggled to breathe and gagged ALOT while she stuck the jab down my throat. She wouldn't even give a minute to catch my breath! Then she had the nerve to not even speak to me properly because she was annoyed and stuck the jab up my nose. She then gave me my card told me they would call and expected me to just pack up and leave.

I honestly feel traumatised. Your employees need lessons on how to empathise with patients.

I called up to book a test and the phone mannerism was very rude and rushed. Didn't ask for name or details other than to hurry up.

I entered the clinic and there was no welcome, just told to sit and wait outside on the bench. I was referred to this clinic by my GP, and the lady told me I shouldn't have come. Will not be coming back to this clinic at all as I left feeling very unwelcomed.
