Not open Sunday as described in many printed forms. Go to Greenslopes Hospital instead, 5 mins away.

Have had blood taken here a fair few times and always enjoy a chat with Martin who takes my blood. He has always been kind and welcoming creating a relaxed casual environment. :)

I guess if you don't have to earn and retain customers you can be as rude as you like.

Possibly the rudest woman I have ever met. I do not recommend this centre.

I'm not a morning person at all, but Susie (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) was so friendly and efficient today that I left feeling better than when I arrived. I've only had good experiences here in the past, too, so I will keep coming back.

I just want to take a moment to mention a specific employee at this establishment. Emily was upbeat and caring and proformed my tests in a professional and prompt manner. She made the whole experience so much more comfortable and pleasent.

I went there to get a covid test as my GP won't see me without negative test result. A lady at SN said I need civid test request form from a GP as government changed rule yesterday. She complained too many non covid people get tested and it costs too much. But we are doing screening tests. How can we know whether we are negative sorry positive without tests. I was doing the right thing in expenses of my time. As I was kicked out I rang PA hospital and asked about requests form.The lady said she hasn't heard ofmy GP said I don't need request form. A lady at SN kicks out patients without good reason. I won't recommend this lab.
