Civic Fair Pharmacy

Things don't always run smoothly for these folks, but they sure do work hard to fix any problems that come up. Any time I've ever had an issue any kind of issue with a script, they've gone above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for people with long term illnesses where you need to have a good relationship with the pharmacist and their staff that extends beyond buying over the counter meds.

Your website states you close at 7pm, I arrived at 6.35pm and you're closed...not happy when I've driven to get a prescription filled...update your website please, as I do not like wasting petrol!

Jess and Cliffton were absolutely the kindest people I've met. Special thanks to Jess for helping me during a break down because I got the wrong medication and the one I was given was $80 which i wasn't expecting to pay. I cried out of stress and she consoled me straight away and offered to walk me back to the doctors to sort out the issue. I was shy to accept her help but she insisted which was so kind of her. She walked me to the doctors while I was still extremely anxious and helped sort everything out for me.

This interaction gives me hope in humanity c: She could have just told me to go in and sort out my issues myself so she can get back to work, instead she took 5 mins of her time to help accompany me while im in a very anxious state. Neither of the two made me feel like a burden for crying. They were very accomodating

Kind hearted people DO exist, Jess and Cliffton are two reminders that this world can change for the better as long as we work together and offer a hand.

Fantastic Service they genuingly care if your after a pharmacy that treats you as a number don't go hear..They genuingly treat you as a person greet you with a smile and look after you.

Pofessionalism , Customer service-par excellence with a caring cheerfulness by the Pharmacist -(Jennifer Leung ) for everytime I've visited this Pharmacy; She has always treated me with utmost respect and pleasantries and always made me comfortable with her very caring nature . GOD BLESS YOU MY DEAR !! I'm absolutely certain that you treat everyone equally and they always look forward to be greeted by you !!! but........... On the other hand , I'm utterly sad that some other staff here should take a long hard look and learn a thing or two from JENNY !!

I've been using this pharmacy for my meds and ebay parcel pickups for quite some time now , but am very disheartened by the rude and very unpleasant attitude of some of the other staff here !!! Would it cost them an arm and a leg to be atleast 5 % polite and respectful !!! Either they are not happy at all with their Boss or they hate their job too much to even offer any decent customer service with just one little smile !!!! Please find another job if you wish to carry on with your petulant sulking to add to the pain and woes of customers who are already sick and suffering !!!
I'm not very favorable of using this pharmacy anymore and so aren't my immediate family and friends , if this impolite , rude and unpleasant attitude continues ............................

The pharmacy best services ever staff was friendly and helpful and the own/manager could do enough to help me out and I have no fault at this place 100% happy I was treat like a king

After moving to the area, this is now my local pharmacy. I have always had great service and they do compounding too.

My last review was 1 star - but thankfully the worst pharmacist has left. Nice community chemists
