Very knowledgeable and had lots of time for us asking questions and researching before making a purchase. Very reasonable pricing compared to franchise petshops too. Will definitely be back.

I was so upset to see how tiny the cages were for cats and bunnies in this shop. I won't return, days later I'm still thinking about it :(

Edited to reply:
This is just my opinion people have to make their own opinion. You ask for reviews on your website and this was mine.

I have rescue cats and a rescue rabbit and have fostered, donate regularly to food drives, and have helped homeless people access vet care and more. Thank you for making it about me on a personal level, when I simply commented on the sizes of enclosures.

Note that there are multiple other pet stores in the area, that work with local rescues, and have much, much larger enclosures that are also warm, cats are "not getting stood on" or overly exposed to people, it's definitely doable.

A rabbit should be able to at minimum hop three times consecutively in their enclosure, which your rabbit absolutely could not do. The code as you put it provides one sizing for all rabbits, which I think is disappointing considering the variation of size between rabbits, a Flemish will absolutely need more space than a Mini or Dwarf rabbit.

Just because you meet a legal minimum, it doesn't make it morally or ethically right. But again that's my opinion. I do hope the animals find fantastic new homes.

I'll also add that the reptiles and amphibians looked extremely well taken care of so there is that :)

Poor service and no knowledge on what they are selling couldn't answer basic questions on products they stock. Staff was extremely rude, to the extent of the younger staff pushing past a disabled person on crutches almost making him fall
