BIG W Ballarat

I went to Big W to get a list of very specific kids items and a worker asked if I needed some help. I showed her my list and she went to the back of the store to locate the new stock as well as found me another staff member (for a different area) who did the same. She warm, polite and was super helpful.

I bought party balloons and paid them to put the helium. The next day the balloons were all on the floor, seems the helium didn't work much. I bought party balloons in different shop a year ago until now it is still in awesome condition. I won't buy party balloons there again.

Pretty good Big W. Often a fair bit of a wait for registers. A tip for Big W if you're reading this, most people still do not want to use self checkout. Most only will because you're under staffed and the wait is far too long at the registers.

helpful staff at entry, directed me straight to the appropriate section. I was in and out in minutes, and still happy with my purchase many days later, (the portable SSD turned out to be a portable HDD, so it was misrepresented, but still serves a similar purpose)

I shop here quite often and some products are of good value,but many if not most are overpriced.
usually I find the staff to be very friendly,however after calling to politely enquire about the status of a click and collect order,the woman at the service desk was incredibly rude from the moment she answered,for absolutely no reason.
I understand that Christmas is a stressful time of year,but it's no excuse to treat customers with disrespect.

Great department store. Everything and more!!! Great prices and to search for that special something. Car parking is close and busy so plan your trip.

Worst customer service I don’t know how they hired their staff their staff member mansi made us day worst she wasted our one hour just for her wait she left in between she was attending us and ignored us we waited for an hour and was very rude this is not the way to serve the customer you ruined our day I got half day with my partner after one and half month and you just waste it. our time is more precious then your worst service.

Great store. Huge variety, found what I needed to buy and the staff were fantastic, very helpful.
