Well managed team and the manager seemed to be on the ball. The service was so much better than any store here in Sydney. Very knowledgable explained everything and made my decision easy without persuading me one way or another. I selected the appropriate plan and phone and I am very happy. I am writing now to show appreciation for the great service provided by the staff at Optus, Ballarat.

My partner and I recieved excellent customer service today from Hannah (not sure of the spelling 🙃) this morning. She approached us to assist moments after we stepped in the store. Helped my partner upgrade her phone and adjusted her plan to something more suitable based on past usage and our other devices. As the phone that was being upgraded was also damaged she attempted to assist in store to migrate info over, luckily Google/Samsung had a lot of that sorted already. She then checked on my plan to make sure it was best suited to my usage also.

Really thorough professional service and very personable and friendly at the same time. Life admin can be a chore, but being helped by people who are great at customer service and their job in general is always so appreciated.

After just over 1 hr on the phone to Optus I suggested that maybe it best that I fix a few issues with phone, messaging and sincing via a local Optus dealership. Called in and met with Hannah. Fantastic, friendly customer service and an abundance of knowledge! Solved the issues quickly, professionally and without any hiccups.
Hannah is well and truly an assett to the shop and company. Thanks.

Nothing is too hard, and she actually appears to enjoy helping you out. As you get a bit older sometimes younger people don't have much patience with us Luddites. This lass is number one.😉👏👍

Service is top class. Most knowledgeable and professional Optus staff I have ever dealt with. Had a recent issue transferring my Esim to a new phone. Rang Optus technical support with no joy. Called into local Optus store and again no joy. Walked into Ballarat Optus shop with the same issue. “No problems we can fix that” walked out 5 mins later with problem solved. Thanks girls.

Staff helpful and friendly. Optus useless and compromise. I was one of the victims and all they said was sorry. Telstra isn't much better.
