Typical Pet stock store fantastic range of live animals. The service at this store was sensational, the staff were friendly and even offered to carry out what i had purchased.

Great place to take your dog to pick out their own treats and toys. Staff not pushy, did pop up on one occasion to see if I needed a hand fitting my dog for a harness, but by the time he asked I'd already been struggling with a fidgety kelpie for awhile 😆 I probably would've appreciated being offered some assistance a little earlier in my visit, but no big deal.

Always great service from staff. Willing to go that extra mile and carry stuff to your car or help with enquiries you may have. Highly recommend.

Initially was overcharged for puppy grooming and also not happy with the end result. Contacted customer support about it. No response. I now have contacted them 3 times and been told someone will get in touch, but no response from PetStock. I was a good customer.... haven't been back since.
