Ballarat Fresh Fish Supply

Tried to order over the phone as a gift for my elderly mother and father. Was told they don't take cards, so tried to get an estimate of what I was going to be up for to put in my parents account. They could not give me a price...and then told me to "bugger your order we don't want it". Shocking customer service, would not recommend.

I love the place, fresh fish and seafood, the cooked salt 'n pepper squid is delicious !

Such a shame they only accept CASH ONLY or I would shop there all the time rather than travel into the city, especially in these times of COVID it's not best practice to be handling money if you don't really need to.

Select from menu or big variety of prepared fresh fillets (charged the take home price). No charge when they cook it while you wait. Gummy shark for us ....never flake or menu. Wow!! Appreciative JULY 2021

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The seafood is the freshest and equal to the best I’ve found anywhere in Australia. Also I suggest trying the freshly battered cooked fish. It will be the standard against which you will measure every other cooked fish outlets. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely disgusting, screaming at my sick mum because she told you having a efpost machine would be easier in these times.

Best place in Ballarat to buy quality Aussie seafood. Friendly service and they will cook fish and chips. Highly recommend this business!!

Best quality fresh fish but a bit pricey. Worth it for the results.
