I took my dog to the Viekna Veterinary Clinic for the very first time and he was not nervous!! Whenever I take him somewhere, he gets nervous, and scared, but everyone were super nice, relaxed, and it sounded like they care for your animals. Let's put it this way. I had a good vibe and so did my dog. We'll definitely be back!!!

Amazing office. We have yet to go inside because of covid, but our little car meetings are always beyond pleasant. The staff is so nice and appears to be very friendly with my dog. The prices seem to be reasonable as well. Very pleased with them.

The entire staff at Vienna Veterinary Clinic is wonderful. Dr. Palmer and all of her colleagues are compassionate and deeply caring. I have been bringing my two cats here for some time now, starting when I lived in Vienna. I now drive from Ravenswood (yes, I listen to a caged cat express herself all the way from Ravenswood to Vienna) to continue bringing the cats to VVC just because I really appreciate how helpful and kind all the staff are. One cat is diabetic and requires extra support from time to time and everyone has been incredibly helpful. Thank you all.

I don't have a lot of money. I'm currently in college. Unfortunately this past month has been financially strapped for me because I had to pay the college back quite a bit of money in order to continue. So anyways I own three cats and I rescued a new kitten and are brought in the kitten because she was having diarrhea. The staff was great, was very helpful. Extremely nice. The vet not so much. The vet never really said anything to me when she came in the room. Basically, instead of educating me and being kind, I felt extremely judged. I understand that I don't have quite a bit of money in that. I probably should have just left the kitten on the side of the street but I didn't want to do something like I probably should have just left the kitten on the side of the street but I didn't want to do something like that . Will not be coming back due to the fact that I felt extremely judged and I felt that the vet did not seem to care about me or the situation. I understand that this is a business and the business runs off of finances and I was not asking for any kind of discounts or anything like that. I get that bad days happen but please be kinder to those even if they are not financially. Well off.

We really wanted a vet that was very knowledgeable about the daschund breed. We hit the jackpot with Dr Palmer! Our boy Archie loves his veterinary and all her staff! Thank you for taking such good care of my Weener boy Archibald Jay Smith!
