My cat Carter was very sick. He wouldn't eat, kept throwing up, and was loosing weight. I was really concerned. Dr. Butts was so professional. She examined Carter and knew instantly what tests to give him for a diagnosis. In a few days of treatment, he was back to his old self. I want to thank her and her staff for caring so much.

The staff is awesome! They are so nice and caring. The fact that this location is now feline only helped my cats a lot. Their other location is for all pets but they recently reopened this hospital for cats only as it is smaller. I really do love this vet!

Very professional experience for me. (COVID-19) time period. Extremely transparent about the cat's experience and attitude. What really put them over the top is the pee pad they added to the kennel when I got my kitty back. No, it's something super inexpensive to add, but they know what can happen for travel time is it does happen. I highly recommend going to them for any feline family member. If surgery is needed, they also have a very good partnership with the inwood animal center. I take my doggos there as well. Both are great places to go. Absolutely no complaints. 5 stars all the way!!!

First time to this clinic. Good experience, professional, compassionate, happy Kitty. I went ahead and scheduled another appointment for our newest feline. Thank you to staff and Dr. Daniels.

I have trusted my kitties' care to this facility since 1998. I could not imagine trusting anyone else with my babies. My most recent visit on July 31st was such a pleasure. The way the techs handled my babies and did whatever is needed to make their visit less stressful is amazing. And Dr. Hillman is one of the best...she has been there to help many of my babies over the years. My sincere thanks and gratitude to the folks at Big Spring Animal Hospital.

God bless you,
Darlene and all the Unger kitties

First visit for a formerly feral cat who still has big doubts about anyone but a human, dog and other 3 household cats. Was sceptical because it is very hard to make appts and owners have to stay outside during COVID-19. But saw Dr Hillman, who apparently can relate beautifully with semiferal cats and she gave a long, thoughtful post-exam discussion with me by phone. All my doubts erased. Dr Hillman also at Inwood Vet Hosp all day Monday I will definitely go to her again.

Not happy. Almost always closed. Uses part-time vets and appointments still hard to make. Don't know how they could care for any cat who needed overnight attention. Prices on the high side but not the highest in the area.
