If I could give zero stars I would. DRUG BAGS, boogers, blood, feces... On the floors, walls, carpet, and probably the bed. People smoking inside and we complain about the room we get kicked out over a two pound dog.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff members are amazing and very professional. I highly recommend staying at the Quality Inn in Mineral Wells, WV.

I really didn’t want to give any stars, because, it doesn’t deserve them. I would definitely not recommend ever staying here. I was treated extremely rude, by the staff. I also have severe panic disorder & anxiety. When someone is yelling at me, for an unnecessary reason, it can trigger a panic or anxiety attack, which happened. I was then yelled at more, yelling me to shut up, and not to cry. Then, I found globs of hair in the bathroom, that weren’t mine. And this morning, I saw roaches, dead & alive on the side of the bed.

I've been staying here off and on over the past several months now for business. This place has been filthy, but I must say the new guy they've hired for maintenance and housekeeping has really been trying to clean the place up. My girlfriend would be there through the day and she had talked to him and said he was a very pleasant guy and any time she needed anything she would only have to ask him one time and he would go grab the toilet paper or whatever she'd asked for and be right back, whereas if you asked the woman she would bring it back in an hour or two. We've also seen him out cleaning things in the place that haven't been cleaned in years and the rooms are gradually starting to look cleaner as well. He actually seems to get out his cleaning rag and get the dust off of things for a change. The hot tub and pool in the place haven't been open in quite a long time. He just tells everyone he's waiting for an inspector, but it doesn't take months for an inspector to come out. Their ice machine hasn't worked in months either and they no longer offer a continental breakfast. Hoping that the new guy starting to clean things up and fix things around here in a step in the right direction and hopefully he can start fixing things in the maintenance area to bring this hotel being a nice place to stay. Also, hoping for the breakfast back so I can grab something before I head out to work each day.

So the lady up at the front desk was a polite and great services but when we got to our room the floors didn't look like they have been swepted in a week.. towels had stains on them and worse part of it pool was closed and that was the main reason I got the room.. won't be back there again and I would not recommend it to noone

Might not be a 5 star to others but it is from me! it's a better price than most of the really bad motels in the surrounding areas I've stayed at those too and let me tell you.... This place can't even be compared to those bedbug invested places., the room was clean and housekeeping and other workers have been very helpful an nice. On top of that I forgot a charger for my phone and the man upfront looked through his draws until he found one that fit and it was like 2 am! I will definitely stay again. And this place can have all the stars from me

Stayed several times over the years when going up home. For the price why is their so much complaining. You can't be cheap and expect the Hilton
