Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals

Cheaper to book directly so I cancelled my initial Expedia reservation, and then rebooked it with 50% rental amount charged by calling directly. Received lock box code for arrival date and digitally signed my rental agreement.

Just happened to call a week before arrival to see if they can add an additional person with fee, but the front desk cannot find my reservation. Got a response a couple hours later they had double booked and someone else had booked it before me.

Makes you wonder how can another person book the same rental that is already reserved under my name with 50% of the rental amount already paid?!

The entire 3 day travel plans for my family and 2 other families have been ruined from this fiasco without any cancelled notification or phone call. The only saving grace on my part is I just happened to call a week before arrival.

Also no compensation of any kind was offered, except basically sorry you’re out of luck. Very disappointed at this rental management company as all 3 of us families will spread this bad experience to friends and acquaintances.

When we moved to Berkeley Springs in 2019 we ran into a delay on the closing of our new home. We rented two different cottages from them, and both were wonderful! All of the rentals are clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. They are also wonderful people to deal with. They can tell you everything you need to know about Berkeley Springs!

I stayed at Namba over the 4th. I found it EXTREMELY clean. My only 2 complaints are a light over the sink & a hose was provided but no access to water to rinse off the dogs after playing in the river & woods.

Great cabin and great communication, even after hours someone is always available to help!

Truly a five-star experience. This was our first time in Berkeley Springs and our rental checked every box. They clearly think of everything, from the communication prior to arrival to having every convenience available at the rental. They are very highly recommended!

berkeley springs cottage rentals have been helping my family and i make memories for over 10 years weve been impressed with every cabin rental from cleanliness to customer service, i highly reccomend spending your home away from home with them. excellent owners. THEY TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN EACH PROPERTY.

My bridesmaids and I loved Sleepy Creek Cabin. It was so cozy and comfortable, with housekeeping having done a wonderful job of setting up the cabin for a relaxing stay. Towels were readily present, the area was perfectly clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were certainly surprised with how steep the path was down to the creek itself, but we managed it. The town had so many cute shops, and the people were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a perfect little cabin with plenty to do all around.

We booked a cabin here for President's Day Weekend through AirBnB. A few days before Berkley Springs Cottage Rentals called us warning us of a heavy snow storm and offered to reschedule. I called back and stated that we would not be coming that weekend but we did not know what the new weekend would be. They stated to call them back once we knew the new date. President's Day weekend passed and I called with the new date for us (in April). We rebooked directly with them for the April date and they said they would refund us the President's Day Weekend amount through AirBnB. SCAM!! They are refusing to refund us our AirBnB booking even though THEY TOLD US NOT TO COME! They claim we “never notified them” even though I talked to one of their employees on the phone. We cancelled our April re-booking no problem. If you book through them, make sure you get the name of the person working with and have them send you confirmation IN WRITING! These employees do not communicate and will deny anything they have said.
